Paying 100 bucks for a keyboard is not worth it.Maximum for me is 50$and that's still pushing it. (but that eclipse keyboard is nice)

The 4200+ doesn't have a 1MB cache, only 512k. However, the 4400+ does have 1MB cache, so you may want to go with that instead.

Well it does say "2 x 512KB L2 Cache," so I assume that means it has 2 512KB caches which total 1MB...

Yes, but that means each process has 512kb cache. If you say 1MB, then that means 1MB each processor. You're really not supposed to add them up, but that's maybe what TigerDirect intended.
