The tekken series has made one of the best 3D fighting games in the fighters legacy, and now they have collide the previous 3 great tekken titles into one whole bash, but that's not all, they have included the tag team system that doubles the competetion and fun. Aside from the previous titles, this game is redone with big changes, with the new fast-paced fighting system installed, it has made this a fast lighting game everyone can enjoy. The game has made one of the top popular 3D fightint game in the market.

33 Selectable characters in the Arcade from the start, the console port has a total of 34 characters (although only 20 avaliable from the start, while the rest of the characters could be unlock whenever you finish arcade mode with each character). For a 3D fighting title, the roster consider to be large and making this game worth a long while. All the character has 2 different custome to chose from, the original outfit when selecting them with punch and alternative outfit when selecting them with kick. Every single character is different from another, posessing different style of fighting and moves. Although for tekken tag plot, it doesn't exactly follow from the tekken story line. In the story of tekken, there were characters either died or desease has ressurected, for playable. The game consist of all the previous tekken players, has added to the game roster.

The fighting system is simply realistic, from start to end. The game exactly used the engine that was use in Tekken 3, except with a few enhancement making the game runs faster. It also left off with all the same moves from punch, kick, and throws from the movelist of the previous tekken titles. Of course they also have added new additional moves. Lets not forget the main purpose of TTT(Tekken Tag Tournament), is the tag team system. It's far too efficient to play with a partner rather than by itself. When you play 2 character, it gives you better chance to play and to win rather using one character all the way in a match. The tag system is efficient to understand, there are two various setups for tagging. One, is you can tag when your character is on stance, a press of a button instantly tags your partner in, or you could pull off a throw tag, which you manuever a throw to your oponent into a tag in attack by your partner, instantly giving your partner a save tag, excellent for tag team stradegy. To win in a tag match, all you have to do is defeat either 2 of your oponent's player. For example if your oponent's character is about to be eliminate while his/her partner has full strength, the partner will lose the round instantly along. Tekken tag establish every players should take turns fighting instead of using one character throughout the round. Also the feature enable your partner to recover the damage done by your oponent when your main character is fighting. So that pretty much sums up the main portion of the fighting system. For console versions of this game gets to play the mini game called: Tekken Tag Bowling. This game is just a side quest to unlock something special, but it's usually just for extra fun.

Graphic is simply amazing, you have not experience smooth edge graphic since the last tekken you played, the game has rendered completely replacing 32Bits graphic to 128Bits. The stage is competely redone as well, tekken has use stages from Tekken 3 and add new stages as well, but now each and single stage is highly detailed plus various stages are animated. Now that they have opening CG Cinema since Tekken 2 and Tekken 3, Now TTT has its own, and it's more incredible with the motion scene. Also, each and every single character has it's own ending, some ending impose what was left of the tekken story plot, while some are caught in a state of confusion or funnies.

The controls are just the same as the previous tekken, except an extra avaliable button for tag feature. Two buttons for punch and kick, each of the two buttons is for right and left punch and kick, and each posess different strength of attack. For throws, there are countless ways of doing by pulling off a throw either by pressing two button such as a punch and kick at the same time, but there are different manuevers from every single character in the game, but a garuntee throw is by a pressing right punch and right kick at the same time. For the character controls, it's always been the exact same since the first tekken made. Up for a quick jump, down for duck, back for block and moving backward, and front for forward and offense.

Sounds consider to be average as it can be. All the voice over is what was carried from Tekken 3, the background music is as intense as usual fitting the background scenery. The music has fast-pace rythems and very upper beats, making the game looks lighting and intenseful. Every musics fits to the mood of the stage, for example.. when fighting in a school stage, you get a bell ring follow by a school fighting theme, and in an amusement, you get an exciting motivation dance music. Everything seems to fit accordingly.

You know everything looks to be better than you expect from a tekken game. From juggling combos with the help of your partner and scoring a strike in a game of bowling with your partner as well. This game has everything a tekken fan need. This game seems moderate for anyone to learn how to play, for a veteran tekken player, you should be able to understand every aspect of it, and learn how to use your skills accordingly with the tag team system. This game boost the ego of fun for a Tekken game, more competetive, faster, and highly detailed fighting tekken game avaliable yet, this is one hot game you can't miss out.
