The latest version is 0.110u5. This includes 2 additional fixes:

 

* The MC68000 core bug that affected Sega games on GCC 4.x is now fixed, so Altered Beast and Moonwalker should work fine with a normal GCC4 or Xcode 2.x compile.

* Also, a bug in the decryption of some newer NeoGeo games on non-Win32 platforms is now fixed.
