PDRoms reports that MbShell has been released. MbShell is a module-based shell for the Playstation Portable. This release is rather bare for a shell, but it's just the first development build. You can find out more about MbShell here.

PDRoms reports that Spout, the abstract shooter, has now been ported to the Nintendo DS. It's been heavily ported to multiple platforms recently, and this news just adds to its publicity. You can find out more about this port here.

- Finally found the typo in MESS that prevented the SNES sound from being in full stereo

- Updated MAME’s NSS/SNES code to the latest MESS

 

BTW, Guru got a dump of the Namco/Raizing light-gun shooter “Ghoul Panic”/”Oh Bakyuun!” from a friend but the MCU program on that board seems to be fried. We can’t emulate System 12 games without a working MCU program, so if you have a working PCB of this game and are willing to loan it out for dumping, please contact the Dumping Project or private message me on any of the 3 forums I post on: bannister.org, mame.net, or mameworld.net.
