Nintendo Revolution Controller Details Leaked!
I came across this a short time ago, I don't know if it's been posted anywhere else.......but here it is, a 2.2MB PDF file. Supposedly leaked from a 3rd party developer.

Or you can download the PDF file zipped and load it...
My personal opinion, it looks like concept designs and bears a striking resemblance to the shape of the Wavebird. Could be real, Nintendo knows most people like the feel of the Gamecube controller......but can't stand the funny shaped buttons, which appear to be returned to somewhat standard shapes. I think it's real, but not final design.
EDIT: We have now added the zipped version because some have had difficulty loading the PDF file from their browser.

Source Changes
--------------

Fixed MNG recording problem that was introduced in u3. [Aaron Giles]
Fixed crash when running vector games that was introduced in u3. [Aaron Giles]
Cleaned up/normalized the naming of several core structures in an attempt to impose some order on coding conventions in the core code:
struct InputPortDefinition -> input_port_default_entry
struct InputPort -> input_port_entry
struct RegionInfo -> region_info
struct RunningMachine -> running_machine
struct GameOptions -> global_options
struct GameDriver -> game_driver
struct InternalMachineDriver -> machine_config
struct MachineCPU -> cpu_config
struct MachineSoundRoute -> sound_route
struct MachineSound -> sound_config
struct MachineSpeaker -> speaker_config
struct RomModule -> rom_entry
struct SystemBios -> bios_entry
struct GfxLayout -> gfx_layout
struct GfxElement -> gfx_element
struct GfxDecodeInfo -> gfx_decode
Plus many others along the same lines (follow the pattern). Note that this work is not yet complete. In addition, a few of the more pervasive structs (mame_bitmap, rectangle) will be left until a non-diff release (0.100). [Aaron Giles]
Removed -skip_disclaimer since it automatically goes away after the first time execution. [Aaron Giles]
Created new NMK112 ROM banking module and connected it up to a number of drivers that made use of it. Affected games are in cave.c, nmk16.c, powerins.c, quizpani.c, toaplan2.c. [Alex W. Jackson]
Added missing buttons to Showdown. [David Widel]
Fixed the PULUW instruction on the 6309 disassembler. [Nathan Woods]
Fixed the state save facility play better on multisession ports if initialization fails. [Tim Lindner]

Squarenixaito
>>SauceToday, Square Enix made the surprise announcement that it is moving to acquire Taito, best known for games such as Puzzle Bobble and Graffiti Kingdom. Square Enix currently plans to buy 247,900 shares, or about 67%, of the company. Regarding the stock there is no set limit to how many shares one corporation can buy, but 67% is the maximum currently being publicly traded. So if possible, Square Enix will continue to buy all the stocks that they can until they hold 100%, or whatever maximum Taito allows. If for some reason they are not able to purchase all 247,900 shares Square Enix has stated that they will not go through with the buyout.
However, both companies have expressed a desire for this acquisition so if everything goes as planned, Taito will become a subsidiary of Square Enix.
What does this mean for gamers? Well, maybe if we're lucky we'll be able to play as Vaan and Ashe in the next Puzzle Bobble!
