PSPE v0.5 released
PSPE is a PSP emulator that runs ELF-compiled programs only.
RIN v1.0 is an example that works.
There is no known official page or change log.
It has been noticed that the menu has been upgraded to include icons and program names.
Here is a snapshot of the GBC demo, Road Rash, running in RIN v1.0, which itself is running in PSPE

RIN v1.0 released
RIN is a Gameboy and Gameboy Color emulator for the PSP.
I've tidied up the Japanese translation and hopefully it makes sense...
This is a GB/GBC emulator which runs on the PSP. It can be run from a memory stick. The sound isn't working yet. In addition, it only works with PSP firmware v1.00. As for emulation core "TGB Dual", there are some software bugs.

PSP | PSPE 0.4 Released
The first ever PSP emulator for Windows has been released. Yet more or less this is just a Elf interpreter. This only runs a few PSP demos and does not run commericial games. The emulator is at an early stage of development. Yet this is how emulators do begin. View the following release changes below.
This version runs the Gameboy emulator RIN, you can also take screeenshots by pressing F12, and supports multiple directories (This is a bit confusing so read the readme on how to do this right).
