- Fixed a small problem with the SegaCD CDD

- Fixed "Streets of Rage" sound problem
- Discovered what some sound drivers do and worked around it (Thanks to Stone for testing), more machines should now work without having to drop to "Alternate Timing" mode
- Added "Sleep While Waiting" option - NOT recommended because it can cause skipping in the sound and the framerate of the emulator, also not really needed because the emulator *will* give up time to any running program automatically - but since so many people really want to see the task manager showing available CPU time, here it is. Use it if you must. But don't complain about choppy frame rates
- Upped the number of render plugins to 16
- Updated render plugin system to allow for 2x, 3x and 4x scalers. (Only works in Enhanced GFX mode)
- Render plugins can now go into a "Plugins" folder to avoid clutter
- Lots of other fixes which I really can't remember now.

DOSBox 0.63
Well, the DOS emulator we all so love, was updated once again to version 0.63. Here's what's new:
* Fixed crash with keymapper (ctrl-f1) and output=surface
* Added unmounting
* Fixed multiple issues with drive labels
* Fixed most if not all FILES=XX problems
* Added redirection in the shell
* Fixed crashes with subst
* Fixed multiple crashes with the drive images support
* Added a missing fpu instruction
* Fixed some cpu and fpu instructions
* Fixed a small bug related to font loading
* Rewrote the devices support
* Added capslock/numlock checks on startup
* Fixed wave writing
* A few internal DOS fixes
* Timer fixes for the hybrid loader
* Some small soundblaster fixes
* The drive cache can now be cleared by a keycombo. (CTRL-F4)
* A few keyboard fixes
* Compilation fixes on various platforms
* Quite some debugger improvements
* Fixed dir only showing files after the first run on cdrom drives
* Added some cdrom detection checks
* Enabled insert in the shell. (Easier editing of commands)
* Changed order in which executables appear with tab-completion
* Fixed some issues with raw opl recording and using a slightly different format
