Phleon allows you to preview and test Moonshell themes on your pc, before being transferred to your DS.

Thus, you don't need to save each change to a memory card, transfer to your DS and test, for every little change. You can see what it looks like on your pc, therefore saving time.

Phleon can "compile" them into a skin folder which is valid with Moonshell. Therefore, you can even save directly to the skin folder of your memory card.
