Atari 2600 emulator for PSP

Hi All,

 

For those who has missed the beginning, Stella is on of the best emulator of Atari 2600 game console, running on many different systems, such as Linux, Solaris, Windows, MacOS/X, WinCE, OS/2, GP2X.

 

It has been written initially by Bradford Mott, see Stella site for details.

 

PSP2600 is a port on PSP of the version v2.2 of Stella. It's based on the work of Aenea who was the first to port Stella to PSP, and David Voswinkel who's now in charge of the PSP port in Stella team.

 

It has been developed on linux for Firmware 3.x-OE and for PSP-slim.

 

What's new in this version ?

 

- Compatible with custom firmwares 3.x and PSP-slim

- Add a simple intro splash screen

- Support iso8859-1 fonts in print text functions (might be useful to translate psp2600 menus in german, french ...)

- ZxPrinter demos folder added in P_Tools folder.(Hrg can take 15mn to print the result!)

- Tested and corrected:

> Binary editor(when lost focus)

> QickSilva (only with 16K rampack)

> Assembler windows line#2 status refresh(when lost focus)

> Ram_top warning (1Kram) fixed.

> Dumped P file (???) was not coded and was abandonned(a Fast save 4009 to 7FFF!)

> UDG refresh in QS mode fixed.

Amstrad CPC emulator

- 16.09.2007 (v1.84) : Many small bugfixes and enhancements:

 

* DOSBOX's TRUENAME supported

* faster SVGA calls and wider file dialog under DOS and DPMI

* more compatible AVI recording

* slightly cleaner YM2149 playback

* new vertical mode 5 (288/576 pixels)

* movies can open disc images

* more consistent Symbiface 2 ROM handling

* etc.

Front End

Fixed minor issues with the font change feature.

Emulator database updated.

* Ctrl + B - Browse.

* Ctrl + W - Switches.

* Ctrl + S - Skins.

* Ctrl + O - Options.

* Ctrl + C - Configs.

 

 

Some additional skins were made for Emu - Raptor:

* Windows Classic skin.

* Industrial skin.

* Mac skin.
