Prove it please, how are you so sure?

This was one of my favorite games of all time back with my 386SX! It's a shame you can only use a keyboard, hopefully they can port it to the gamepad controls.
-
Hmmm, thanks, I'll look into that. What style was it on when you saw missing buttons? And as for logo, that's being done atm. It's a very basic (and incomplete) frontend. Just put it up tonight. Whatever the default style is, perhaps the ambience skin?
-
Is it just me, or is the menu and logo not showing at the top of the site? It shows a little more on the forum page, but still missing a few menu buttons at the top.
-
That's what I call a LONG list of updates.
-
That's why I've decided to change the whole homepage, and go with something more standard. But I need some help with it, as me and php aren't exactly best friends. Keep up the great work! Also, congratulations on the hosting of D.M.E.S., it should give you an extra boost of new people.

Great job on this wonderful app Sintax. Don't let the complaints get to you, everyone is just surprised by how far these new apps are taking the DS homebrew scene by storm and the human mind just wants more and more. Keep up the great work, we have also posted this on 1Emulation news. You've done a wonderful job. P.S. Check your PM.

MAME32 Removes ALL 3rd Party Joystick Config's
Alpha replied to Robert's topic in Emulator Releases [/emu]
Oh boy, have you ever seen the Game Controllers configuration window in your Windows Control Panel or in Video Games? Call it free advertisement, or whatever you wish, but the main point is that it's supposed to be a luxury and make things for the end user easier without having to find the driver all over the internet. They actually do pay for advertising on other gaming related emulation websites. I know this for a fact and with their affiliate banner program shown all over gaming and fighting websites, there is no need. I don't think they are pissed, but more dissatisfied that now they have to tell their consumers to download a new emulator instead, or moreover, the config file on their website. I agree that the MAME team deserves a lot of of donations and appreciation for all their work these countless years. We should maybe have a donation drive or something? Here's the common mistake people make about professional arcade products. They are NOT trying to make the product affordable for the average consumer. If that were there intention, they'd invest in cheaper parts and sell the controller (Single or Duo) under $60. Some companies have done this and their products always have failed in low quality garbage. I've spoken to the former owner of Ultracade on countless occassions and asked them why can't make an arcade product less than a $1,000 dollars. Simply put, they'd rather use higher quality products and sell a machine worth buying. It's worked for them very well with Arcade Businesses buying their products more and more and even movie star's purchasing it. Infact, I even saw a picture of Carmen Electra playing with an Ultracade machine. Now, there is a big difference to an Ultracade machine and an X-Arcade. But still, the same idea exists. I've had the privelege to test out the X-Arcade on display and it is seriously indestructible with very high quality parts. I've never seen one negative review on the X-Arcade itself, seems to me, you have never even tried or even bought the produt? I'd highly doubt they even got more than 5% to 10% (I'm being nice) for the name of their controller in the config. There are advertisements for the X-Arcade on many mame and arcade websites which has been the ultimate reason for their product popularity IMHO and also for its positive reviews. Well, whatever, boycott them all you want. I'm not siding with X-Arcade either since my relations with them have sucked. But, I think it's unjustified to insult a company for a good product they sell just because of its price. If you can't buy it, don't whine about it. And as for the MAME32 team, I could care less what they do with their emulator. It's their ultimate choice in what they want to do and I'll continue to download it no matter what. Now it's time for a midnight snack and a movie.... -
MAME32 Removes ALL 3rd Party Joystick Config's

I think the entire point of this article was to show that it no longer already comes with it, but they expect you to download it separately from the company's website. -
Wow, that's going to be an amazingly beauitful hotel! It seems the picture was photoshopped and it'll be interesting how they'll replicate it. It's kind of scary how far we've come in technology in being able to make these things now possible. Let's just hope this hotel never has to undergo a hurricane.

Check this out, I've never seen anything like it! Before you know it, gaming will look exactly like real TV.

Pointy Remote is a VNC like homebrew program for the Nintendo DS! It allows you to browse your computer on a Nintendo DS. This is the first release, so it'll be a tad bit buggy. »» Original Thread/Download

"DSRemote is a small program similar to sgstair's udptest program, only more advanced. This program has more functions, and supports direct chatting between DS and PC. For now, this program is only server-side, hence the raw commands. A more capable DS-program will be probably released once the full wifi library is released by sgstair. This is basically a demo, but it might come in handy to change Winamp songs or something ." - infernoDS Another great homebrew app for the Nintendo DS based on SgStair's DSWifi! »» Original Thread/Download

DS2Key is an application that sends PC Keyboard signals through wifi so you can use your Nintendo DS somewhat like a PC Gamepad. We want to apologize for missing on this release until we saw the online user count double. The response for DS2Key has been amazing and we hope everyone can realize what 1Emulation has to offer and get some new members because of it. We're also very pleased at the response of DS2Key and happy that Sypherce has posted it first here on 1Emulation. »» Original Thread/Download (DS2Key)

New Banner Ad: GamingMadness.Net
Alpha replied to Alpha's topic in 1Emulation.com Information [/info]
I talked to the staff of GamingMadness.net and apparently they are going to have a new site design (going to fix problems with FireFox maybe?) and also some new offers soon.
