  1. Apparently we had a spammer on 1Emulation today digging through profiles and messaging people, as well as PM'ing them, an advertisement to "GaiaEvolved". We've found the jackass and here's all the information you'll need. We even include the website for a nice free advertisement to these losers; do what you want with it!! AIM: MilchVeishterwas Username: Adver IP Address: 66.69.43.197 (cpe-66-69-43-197.satx.res.rr.com) IP Location: San Antonio, Texas (USA) ISP: Road Runner Advertising Website: http://www.gaiaevolved.com/ We're sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused to our users. PS: Both the website and IP address has been submitted to several SPAM databases.
  2. SgStair is busy working everyday on making the release for DSWifi as stable as possible. Patience is virtue and trust us, it'll be out sooner or later. SgStair is one of the most respected in the Nintendo DS homebrew scene and will release it when he believes it's ready for the public. You can hear SgStair talk about it and the release, including more details of it on our last radio show. ---- EDIT: 4,000th post / Link fixed
  3. "The DS Wifi project is a homebrew library for the Nintendo DS to allow developers to add wireless internet support to their applications." Yep, that's right, SgStair has agreed to host the official forum of DSWifi here on 1Emulation.Com! I'm sure we all remember him from our last radio show where he spoke about the development of the project. This is by far one of the most popular projects for the Nintendo DS homebrew scene. It still has not been released yet, but will be soon. SgStair will also be an Operator in our IRC Channel! Please welcome him to the 1Emulation family. »» http://dswifi.1emulation.com [Official Forum] »» http://dswifi.akkit.org [Official Website] »» 1Emulation.Com IRC Channel

  5. Here's a great link for all you FireFox users who are not fans of Internet Explorer or use it as well. This has all the keyboard shortcuts for FireFox, so it's less strain on your mouse hand. http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/keyboard.html
  6. I found this interesting link of someone who made a family tree of gaming controllers with a summary of what each was. Very information and well made. Check it out and let us know, what's your favorite controller of them all? Mine would simply have to be the Super Nintendo controller. It was simple and well made for fighting games and everything. »» http://www.axess.com/twilight/console/
  7. This is by far the sexiest handheld I've ever seen. Small, shiny, slick and beautiful. It even comes with two faceplates! If I had the money, I'd probably think of buying one. Overall though, my Sony PSP remains a great investment. http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000917060290/
  8. This is hilarious, some guy is talking with Chris Pirillo about something special and boom, it breaks. You can see his hands shaking while holding the object. I guess he was nervous or something to that extent. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=20...517388&q=techtv
  9. Hey Hey, Welcome back buddy! I hope to see what you're saying even sooner if possible.
  10. It's online -> http://neosource.1emulation.com/forums/
  11. Thanks to Refraction for letting us know about this sad news. On the behalf of Linuz and his contributiions, we wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors, and hope he can find interest again in the project.
  12. For all you Sony PSP owners out there who are looking for a good buy; we have found you a great deal! Credits to Milkstyle on #1emu @ EFNET, he has pointed this spectacular deal to us! The final price becomes approximately $120 for a 2GB Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo which can be used with a PSP! The price is dirt cheap and even less than a 1GB memory card in most stores. »» http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/product...19&sku=a0522939 NOTE: Coupon code is suspected to expire in less than 24 hours!
  13. I saw this in the X-Arcade newsletter... http://www.midway.com/page/ClassicGames.html Try it out, good stuff!

  15. Chode: Are you talking about our arcade or just arcades in general?
  16. Yeah, we didn't go anywhere. We're working on adding new hostees and fixing up 1Emulation a bit. Miskie has been helping us out tremendously so big thanks goes to him and his wonderful hosting. You'll notice some parts of the site not working and we'll be working on them today, the rest of the week, and possibly next. Hopefully, all will turn out successful, as there will be site upgrades and more! - 1Emulation.com Staff
  17. Here's the real idea of the controller... (credits to Khaoz.. #1emu @ EFNET)
  18. but maybe.. someday, a group will work and release a working downgrader.. so just hang in there. and thank you bob for helping us even though we couldn't do anything in return.. We can do something for Bob; we pray.
  19. The sender isn't charged, the reciever is. They take their money before it is even sent to me from the amount donated.
  20. To the recent news of Team WAB dissolving and PSP-Dev separation, I come to post this Paypal donation I received of $2.00 USD from a guy we'll call Bob. To keep Bob's information confidential, I have only shown his comment after he donated me the money. Now I never noticed his donation until 2 weeks or so after. But poor Bob wants his downgrader as we all do for the PSP. This will be for the people who upgraded their PSP's to 1.51 and above that can't play homebrew. Sometimes I wonder how many donations Team WAB themselves got and I hope they can bring us all on joy as they have in the past. We're going to promise Bob that the moment the downgrader comes out, he'll receive an email. The question is, how long will it take? I'll tell you this Bob, if in 2 months there is no downgrader, we're going to give your money back. I certainly understand Bob and let's all have a moment of silence and prayer for Bob's wish to come true. PRAY FOR BOB!
  21. Here's a teaser video for all you folks.. http://media.cube.ign.com/articles/651/651334/vids_1.html Credits: Khaoz from #1emu @ EFNET
  22. I fully agree it looks stupid, but I just have edited my post because their intentions are good. Thanks to Gryph for the links; I've added them as well. Here's an example... http://cube.ign.com/articles/651/651224p2.html
  23. Well, IGN has finally released the pictures of the new Nintendo Revolution controller. This time it's official and boy is it shocking. All that wait and I've never seen anything like it. To be honest, I don't even know what Nintendo was thinking when one of their guys suggested this! It looks like a regular remote control with some added joystick with an umbilical cord. Are they out of their minds!?!?!? I really hope they can change my mind because I'm very disappointed. Whoever came up with this idea should have been fired on the spot. What's Nintendo coming to now of days? This is surely a revolution! »» More Pictures EDIT: After more reading of the technical specs, I may be changing my mind a tad bit. But I still believe this is a terrible design. Their intentions are good, but that's about it. Please read the links below for more information. 24. I found this posted on another forum.... http://www.personal.psu.edu/users/g/x/gxg1...commercial.mpeg So what do you think? Not bad for a commercial from 20 years ago IMO.
  25. Well, that sucks. I'd have to agree though that is guy deserves it. I wouldn't want anyone creeping me if I had a cellphone directory on T-Mobile. Any of you guys also with T-Mobile?
