Sorry, you can't mail stuff currently. However, paypal only needs a bank account. Either a savings account or a checking account, it doesn't matter. PayPal is one of the most secure sites on the internet and is used by eBay'ers all over the world. So you don't technically need a credit card at all. You can just donate via your paypal account which is free to have and is very easy to set up to send funds to my PayPal account. That is basically how the donation page works which is a redirect to my PayPal account. (http://www.1emulation.com/donate.html)

Just found out that there is a coupon code for this month for free activation @ GameHosts. So if we are going to do this, we got to register for it this month so we can try it out for a month and see how many people actually go to it. If of course you want to do it that way. I do want to do talk to Miskie first so this put's me in a hurry since it's hard to get in contact with him. I'll think about it more.

That would be wonderful.. that can really help us and I would be also able to increase the space and bandwith on our webspace which we would be able to run the kaillera server on. I also have to see how much bandwith Kaillera uses which I'll test with Miskie. Either way..with that money we can do a lot. I also found out that I would have to initially pay for 3 months on GameHosts so I don't have to pay a setup fee. If I just start by paying for the first month which is $15, there is a $25 activation fee. So I'll definately talk to Miskie. Thank you for consideration and I hope others can help us out too.

I'll take care of the legality issues since we looked up on it. It will mostly just be for the talk show itself so we won't be playing any real music.

No..were infact working on it with a new radio host for a weekly show of some sort. We just need someone to help host it on their connection since we don't want to put it on the server.

This seems like an OK deal.. I can probabaly get it hosted on the server we have now for less money and more people. I just need the money, donations are welcome. It just needs to be active. I thought about it before and we can give them maybe money. The most I can give is around $5 myself to the winner. We just can't make it a regular thing. Maybe every 6 months or so if anyone can pitch in then we can get it to around $10 to $15 prize which I would send the funds to the winner's PayPal account which is free. I'm glad you brought that up, if you can make a list of the games with that problem and PM them to me... I can get them fixed ASAP. I have already fixed several of them. It's actually a lot more games, but I'm not sure if we'd do that if people would actually post for it. I don't really know how that would really work. Honestly, I don't think it would make it any better since there are other forums with Arcade's. Were just the only one with so many games. I'll definately think about it and it is do-able. I'm not sure what you mean by a small trophy case. Please explain this more in detail. I'm currently working on making the banner a rotation to get more money. By the end of this month I will make around $12 from the banner (which is for this month and next month) you see at the top of your screen which is still not enough for even a month of hosting. So you can see that even with that money.. it's pebbles to what we reallly need. All I can say to you guys is to please donate. We RARELY get any donations and my last donation was from Jitway who I thank after almost 5-6 months which we haven't got one since.

This sounds like a great idea and I have contacted the creator of DSEmu, Two9A. Hopefully he will get back to you soon regarding this.

Sorry for not responding to that (I got a bit busy that week)... I did think about it and we can rename the Emulation Art forum to Anime & Art or something that could fit both of them in one. Maybe you can think of a better name?

This can very well be done and I have looked into it. For an advanced one, we'd need some donations. Other than that..there are some others that we can put in. It's about what the "People" want. EDIT: If you also want more arcade games, I can add another 300-500 or so again.

Over and over that user count is fluctuating like mad. Let's get it over a 100 again and KEEP IT THERE! We need your help for new ideas to help 1Emulation prosper during these slow times in the emulation scene. Maybe this thread belongs in the "Ideas on this Forum".. but we all know that more people browse this forum because it's the place to hang out. I'm writing some new ideas, but I need your help to make them happen. Think of as many as you can and post them here and as time is of the essence, we will be able to rise up once again. We won't stop updating this place even if it's looks like I have at times. My life is busier than ever, but I will still find time to add more and more. We deserve more and we just got to fight to get back up in the bar. PS: If you feel some idea's shouldn't be presented in the public, PM them to me. Don't forget that these idea's can be for just about anything and we will consider just about all of them.

I never saw what was so great with the Gran Turismo series. I think the San Francisco Rush series was 10x better. Partially probabaly since I have an Nintendo 64 and had a PSX till later. However, I still played Gran Turismo II and was just bored to death by playing it. I'm not sure exactly what my definition of a racing game is, but it's expectations are a lot more than Gran Turismo.

So what do you like with your turkey or in your turkey? Here's my personal favorites... + Don't care about stuffings + Must have gravey, little cooked onions, and sweet/potatoes (mashed, baked..don't matter) + Cooked carrots, medium salted + Mushrooms in a special (soy) sauce + Have to have cranberries on the side + Need to eat it with the salad (Ranch dressing) on the side I may have it also with some Uncle Ben's rice or something.
