If you guys want a good stable server for this kind of stuff... I need you guys to donate (links on my signature) for the 2nd server. Looks like host.sk sticked some advertisement scripts that are completely screwing up the pages. They're server is very stable and reliable. As for the download's, I dunno if they will be resumable once I pay, but it's sure going to help some what. For now I may just find a free host and upload all of the KAWA-X PLUS/SE material. It'll take a little time, but I can do it temporarily. Some free servers have a tendency to delete this kind of stuff, that's why if we get the host.sk server payed, it'll be a lot better. You've made a very strong comment and I didn't delete because I want to comment on it. This case on the roms being stolen is the exact same thing that happened with Half Life 2. Half Life 2's source code was stolen and they delayed the release for about a year. It's the samething happening with EFMP! I honestly don't blame them. Because there not going to get the real credit they deserve if they release it now. Most likely right when they release it, you'll see another version of King of Fighters 2003 right after released by the people who stole the bootleg of the rom (i know, it's new news). EFMP is never known to release roms this early anyways. That's why the rom was stolen. EFMP always releases it around 5-6 months after the game has came to the arcades. They even stated that they want SNK to make as much money as possible. As for the sVc Chaos rom which they did release, they stated that as just a Christmas Present.

Ehh..people don't read all of my posts or read it too fast because I edit a lot. First off, the rom still.. most probabally is going to be released. It will be released from the same person who released Metal Slug 5. NOT EFMP, the people who stole the roms from them are the ones who are going to release it soon. How soon? Only time will tell. AND if it's not the same person who stole Metal Slug 5, then were just going to have to wait till EFMP releases it.

Basically the real dumpers are not going to release the rom due to the fact someone has suppositely stolen the rom from them. So basically there not going to release it and they weren't even going too until a little later because they want SNK to make money. As James said, Metal Slug 5 made very little money because it was released too early. The real case was that it was really leaked early and stolen by the real dumpers who were waiting till SNK made some real money off of the game. That's why it was so screwed up at first. If you want the game early, wait for the stolen bootleg if the people who leaked it are going to ever release it themselves. I also have found a image of KOF 2003 on a emulator, probabally the stolen version and not released... The real dumpers though still have sympathy for the rom and will release it, but no way at this time. Maybe in a couple of months or so.

Well what do you know.. right after I posted the BillyJr.com link and clicked on it, he himself posted another link to another site called Epic-Center with brand new news on the rom. Here is the new information.. The EFMP team, the only dumpers who actually buy the carts and dump the roms are not going to release the rom because someone suppositely stole it, it could be Playmore or anyone (like another Half Life job). They also say that Metal Slug 5 was stolen as well, that's why people had such a hard time getting it to work with other emulators besides Kawaks. So I guess this ends our stipulations and the information seems very legit and the person who posted it on Epic-Center is also a EFMP member and part of the Support Team of Epic-Center. With all the rom releasing and pirating, the EFMP team still has sympathy to release the game, but not now. Billy Jr. did release screenshots as well on his site and it still looked as the same source as SNKNEOGEOUSA.com However from what I have heard is that he was actually previously sued by SNK for dumping games. If you remember for the Rage of The Dragons release, Billy Jr. was teasing everyone that he might release the rom. But in the long run he said he could not because SNK has already sued him and he could get in serious trouble if he did. It's very possible. Infact in my honest opinion, I think they released all of the screenshots and not just the ones on their site. This would be a perfect way of delaying real dumpers from dumping the game. Why would a dumper waste all his money while he thinks and awaits for the games release if everyone says it's already dumped? Either some very smart people are working for SNK or this is just getting too weird. Also other news.. KOF 2003 has only been release to selected places. Meaning it's basically for beta use right now till it's fully released. It's been released in the countries around Mexico and even in California and in some places in Europe, Japan, and China. The game people is not completely public even yet. The next KOF game is going to be 3D and for PS2, there has been no word on a KOF 2004 from what I have read.

See that's very weird. Because they were like the first posting the screens of the game. I'm guessing that this game has become all lies or has it? So far we have heard Billy Jr. releasing the rom, we have gotten screenshots from various other sites. However they are all the same. And they all seem to be coming from one source. Nothing has really become new. The only thing I know so far is that things are looking very weird. Ehh.. looks like your right. It seems that my second server has implemented advertisements and such (they haven't perfect it yet) but will perfect soon due to the fact of me not having enough money to pay for the server. So it should take about a day or so...

That logo is awesome, I even set it as my wallpaper! However..there's one thing, you have to set it up so it would look good on a shirt. Like make the borders white and so that it blends in, like a blob or something, circle, etc. You may have to crop the image a little, but it'll still look awesome. If you look at the mame logo that the guy made previously, it has white background borders to blend in. Some news to add to this, Sony just recently started their own music service which will come out soon with over 500,000 songs and 1 dollar per song. There has been no word yet if it will be affiliated with PS2 online yet.

That is very well true. As usual though I saw on Billy Jr.'s site that he released some KOF 2003 pics. But they are the same ones released from NeoGamez. For about 2 years now from Rage of The Dragons, he has been teasing us with this crap. Billy Jr. will never release anymore roms. He was already sued by SNK. So far all we know for the release of this game is that it'll be here soon. I think the dumpers are taking a little break after a back to back release of Metal Slug 5 and Samurai Shodown 5. Also there was a supposite KOF 2003 Emulator and CRC's released. However many have proven them to be all fake from other sites I have seen. The best thing to do now is to sit and wait or if you have a XBOX, get some of the neogeo games working on it with Kawa-X in the NextGen emulation forum. Hell, even I am thinking of now buying a Xbox.
