That took forever! Just moved all relevant Final Burn threads to the FBA/FBL forum ... now renamed to "Final Burn (FBA/FBL/FBC)" ....

I wasn't sure to make it as I needed more information. Could you please reply with the relevant links to these projects? I have not always been that active in this forum -- has there been a lot of previous discussions of xport/madmab? Please link to some topics if you can. i'll um, crawl back under my rock... Well, I'm glad I didn't make it then. No need for an empty subforum! Some updates -- XBOX Arcade Cabinets forum was renamed to "Arcade Cabs / Controllers". All relevant threads have been moved to that subforum.

Congrats on the post count! I think we should also make a rules thread for this CoinOPS subforum to limit any future drama.

This is the best suggestion. We can lose a lot of potential members finding us through Google if we started deleting hundreds of old threads. I have sent + T + some ideas to further the progress.

I decided to have the XBOX forum here on 1Emulation to have its very own design. Now we need a new logo for it! The logo must include "1Emulation.com" in it. Attached is the PSD you can work with. Hey guys... so, today begins the day we revamp this XBOX forum! First and foremost, we need new staff to moderate this forum and post XBOX related modding/emulation news on the front page. We are looking for mature, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and passionate people in XBOX emulation who would like to join our family of staff. Please post here if you are interested in a position and we will choose 2-3 of what we find to be the most qualified new moderators very soon. And second, please post suggestions on how we can improve this forum. Specifically, if you have ideas for new subforums under this XBOX forum, we will happily add them (yes, including for CoinOPS). Our goal is to ultimately expand this place as much as possible with more activity and new members. Please let us know if you can or will like to contribute.

Sounds like a great idea! I honestly feel we need to find a way to properly separate the emulator news from the general gaming news/etc. I just wish I could find a coder to figure out how to properly separate it on the front page.

Ever since the ICE raided everybody from "Underground Network" years ago... everybody got scared and fled Direct Connect. In all actuality though, Direct Connect is no more secure than uTorrent. It's still about the client and if you are using proxies, TOR, etc. I just don't get why the majority have truly forgotten this medium of file sharing.

Well, we use to have a Direct Connect hub run by Magnis for many years... but I'm talking about the overall Direct Connect network and if anyone still uses it to share files? Also, to clarify, DC++ was just another client to download and use to connect to the network of hubs.

To the most frequent visitors: lately, how have the loading speeds (slow, medium, fast) been here on 1emulation?

Not sure if you guys are experiencing the same issues here, but I have noticed quite a few graphical glitches when scrolling up and down the forums using Google Chrome on the 1Emu skin. This wasn't a problem before, so it seems to be the result of the latest Google Chrome updates. Just making this thread, so hopefully I'll look into fixing it soon... in the meantime, FireFox & IE seem to be fine. That, or change your skin to IPB. Let me know if you guys notice anything else.
