As for Emulator-Zone, what do you mean by caffeine and panda updates?

Seems like many more emulation sites have died in the past few years. EmuHQ, EmuHolic, and many more with almost no update in years, or zero activity. Since I've been on and off from the scene and haven't been following solely emulation sites, which ones are currently at the top? Seems like Emulator-Zone still holds first place, which is quite amazing, as many of us here are quite unfamiliar with any of their staff. They have been around for a few years longer than us and have managed to store one of the best emulator archives on the internet (if not, the best). They hold all the records on Google and represent a site that has been successful without being a part of NGEmu, Emulation64, or any other of the top sites known to many of us. EmuParadise (a rom site) is another one. What sites would you say are currently the top emulation sites (including rom sites, which can be mentioned by name), in terms of activity by both staff and users?

I'm a kind of guy that physical and mental health are extremely important to me. A person who doesn't understand their own body and mind is in serious trouble if they ever want to be successful on this planet. Most of all, that includes having a fit lifestyle. For the past few years, I have mandated myself to hit the gym at least 2-5 times a week. I am trying to make it a straight Monday-Friday schedule, but it is very difficult with work, and maintaining enough daily energy. What a typical workout of mine may consist of: * 1) PLANK: 3 sets / 60 seconds each (Google "workout plank" for an image...) I've read it's helpful to start with a something that works your entire core, before you proceed in any rigorous workout. 2) Chest Press: 3 sets / 15 reps (use a machine) 3) Tricep Extensions: 3 set / 15 reps (on a bench press mat) 4) Incline Pushups : 3 sets / 15 reps (putting hands on a bench press mat) 5) Leg Press: 3 sets/ 15 reps (use a machine) 6) Shoulder Press: 3 sets / 15 reps (use a machine) 7) Incline Sit Ups: 3 sets / 20 reps 8 ) Lunges with Dumbells: 3 sets / 20 reps (form is extremely important, especially making sure that your feet are kept straight ahead, and that you always push off your heels!) 9) Squats with Dumbells: 3 sets / 20 reps (form is extremely important, especially making sure that your feet are kept straight ahead, and that you always push off your heels!) 10) Pushups: 3 sets / 10 reps 11) Lateral Shoulder Raise: 3 sets / 10 reps (your using dumbells here... pick an adequate wait that is not too much) 12) Frontal Shoulder Raise: 3 sets / 10 reps (your using dumbells here... pick an adequate wait that is not too much) 13) Row Pull-In: 3 sets / 15 reps (use a machine) 14) Lateral Pull Down: 3 sets / 15 reps At no time have I ever done all of these in one session, but I usually select the best 6 or 7 on a day. I use to follow the philosophy to work out on a certain body area each day, but it's too hard for me to keep a schedule like that. So I do a full-body workout on the most amount of days I can per week. As for the weights I am putting on each of these, I shall keep that to myself. Use the amount that you feel is best for yourself! Now please... share your regimen. Thoughts on what mine include? Questions? Or what I need to add?

I'd also have to go with B and D. The guy could be delusional, could have just woke up from an acid trip, or truthfully mixed you up with someone else. Why even make him think for a second you're really "the guy"? I would just try my best to convince him it isn't me. If he's not willing to cooperate still, threaten to call the police. I have been using Windows since 3.0. It's been a long time, but in the last few years I have been working more with Macs, and I must say it's night and day for me. Today, I have 2 computers with Windows 7 and Windows XP, and both drive me crazy. First and foremost, we got to deal with a boatload of Malware and Viruses. And honestly, I blame this on a new generation of men still living in their momma's basements who can't get pussy if their life depended on it. Hence, they get orgasms by the idea of another person's PC getting infected by their worms. Sounds delightful, no? Second, I am tired of having to constantly do a million updates every week for Windows, Adobe Reader & Flash, JAVA, Anti-Virus Scanners, Firewall, etc. These 2 reasons alone and the amount of time I have spent having to troubleshoot Windows computers have made me believe it's an operating system not worth my time nor money. I originally have never been a fan of Apple computers, but the mere notion of not having to update every week, and not deal with the constant new strains of malware infecting perfectly "safe" websites makes you think. Hell, it also makes me think how many neighborhood Windows computers are most likely infected with a virus. And yes, Apple may get a plethora of viruses and malware in the future, but it will never compare to Windows. It also reminds me why I love Ubuntu and that the Mac OS shares the secure Unix backend.

It's biased to hell and centered on currently 2 "top candidates" = Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney. They get the most air times, the most questions, and most replies. It's a total fucking joke. The only person that doesn't sound like he wants to be the "King of the World" is Ron Paul. However, It's not to say he will the best president either. After half a decade of using an old/classic emulation forums layout, we have finally revised the entire boards for entry into 2012! I have decided to soon delete the "Anime, Art and Music", which would immediately move all posts/threads to "The Lounge". (Please Note: our forums need a total re-organization & many other subforums need to get deleted, but I specifically made this thread because it is about creating a new forum) I simply feel the Anime, Art, and Music forum is totally pointless (with activity sparse) as there is strong overlap with the discussions in "The Lounge" and the last post was in October. I recently installed Google Chrome again and I must say every website I visit loads considerably faster than FireFox! It's crazy... does Google Chrome use the Google.com caching system or something? I may have to stop using FireFox now, as the speed difference is truly monumental. Anyone have similar results?

Hmm... I will talk to Miskie about this, but it *feels* like a normal result after upgrade.

Do any of you guys notice a speed increase? We did some optimizing tonight and I also changed the forum category color to white on the 1Emu v5 skin (should make it easier to read). Will be making more adjustments to that skin...
