It's been a long three excruciating, painful, torturous, hubalalablu three weeks. I hope that the forums are in perfectly working condition now. To all those who are upset we got hacked, please have no fear, as your passwords, and information are all secure and intact. Nothing as far as we know was stolen. Most of all, the hacker was unable to do much at all with security measures we had previously put on the server. Miskie and I have been working day and night to get the forums upgraded and with all its little add-ons we had installed. The problems have been just piling up from the moment we started and thankfully we were able to figure most of them out. I promised you all the site would be up by the end of this week, and thankfully I was able to maintain that promise (after breaking a hundred promises before). Although I am still waiting for two support tickets to be answered, I hope these forums will live on without errors. Say your prayers and eat your vitamins! Some things to quickly note: - Arcade forums feature is gone, deleted. We may install it again in the future, but for now kiss it goodbye. - Forum Attack System will be back next week. We need to get a few things sorted out first, but all in all, expect to see it again soon. - Invision Board and IP.Blogs have both been upgraded. Have a look around and we hope you enjoy the new features. - Brand new 1Emu v4 Designs will be here next week. - Last 8 Posts / Today's Top Poster on forums index page will be back soon. - Lastly, we will have a surprisingly new feature added in the coming days. I know I never announced this forum, which may be why its just about dead... However, someone here must be using the new Dolphin emulator that emulates Wii games! Wellllllll ....? Make some threads, post some screenshots, etc.

Dude, have you never played a Street Fighter game, ever? Truth to be told, the game's controls are very, VERY lenient. Meaning you can just do Down-Forward, Down, Down-Forward (otherly known as 232+P, numerial notation is easier on the internet, just look at your keypad) and you'll put out a SRK every time. Specials are still the same motions as the older ones, it's just the when you fumble inputs, it's because of SF4's very lenient input system. It's just TOO lenient and you can get away with a lot of BS like just doing 123123+P and you'll get an SRK no matter what (If you were going to get crossed, you beat it, if you were just plainly get hit from the front, you still beat it). Even for supers (doing 232232+P will give you a super instead of trying to spam SRK on wake up). The slightest additional input could screw you (Dictator Ultra is 4646+KKK, but if you do it 4343+KKK or 1616+KKK or 4346+KKK or any other variation of the charges you get Teleport instead). If anything, for someone like you, it's easier because the inputs are more forgiving then Super Turbo and 3rd Strike. Thank you for the info. One thing though, I'm trying to understand this numbers system you're using. When I look at the keypad, 2 is down, 6 is right, 4 is left, 8 is up. So what is 1 and 3 or do I not understand your numbering system?

I just started playing Street Fighter 4 about 2 days ago after having not unwrapped the game since I bought it the day of its release. I just didn't have time to play it. I got to say, the game play is amazing! I haven't played a game this fun in what seems to be almost a decade. Capcom did an amazing job refining this game and truly making it a blast to play. When I compare this game to Virtual Fighter 5, it may not have the same graphics, but I think the game play is much more enjoyable and entertaining. There is one problem though... I really can not play fighting games with the XBOX 360 Gamepad. It's just not possible, as my hands get tired very quick. I'm talking after 2 matches, it becomes a pain to pull off a shoryuken. Also, is it just me or it is very hard to do a special? Half joystick turn, half joystick turn, punch/kick? It seems to be almost impossible to do no matter how many times I try!

Out of curiousity, what's the status of NGEmu these days? Are people still as active as ever there? I don't even feel like checking their site.

I'm not sure why you're surprised? Someone probably reported it, but that's exactly why we don't allow links here on 1Emulation for those files. Please see our Board Rules. If you make your own "private site", then that person who reported it will register there, and probably do it again. Otherwise, you have no room for complaint. That's my 2 and a 1/2 cents.

Sorry guys, I needed a desperate break. My main computer died and I decided to just stay away from it all for a while. I'm still under "break mode", until I can fix my main computer. My life has been under a lot of stress and I don't have time right now to work on any hobbies anymore. I just turned on my 360 recently again, since I moved it from its unused resting place. I'll probably turn it on more often and play now, but even that will be quite sporadic. I don't know what else to say, but I thank you all for keeping the site going during my absence.

If they could, they would have already done it by now. The problem is they can't because Dolphin is 100% open source, coded by Ector, F1RES, and programmers around the world. That is why emulators are legal and commercial roms are not.
