Slim PS2's don't work well with external HD's. The loading times are slow and the game compatibility is nowhere near that of what you can get on a Fat PS2. No matter how you look at it, the smarter way to go is with a Fat PS2, if you want to play backups.

I just keep hitting refresh. And I get pissed off when I wake up and see I am still on the last 8 posters/threads list. There are a lot of members online looking for new and interesting threads to post and read.We're just too lazy to make new threads IMO.

What is going on here? So many of you folks don't feel like talking? I just bought an XBOX 360 for the second time. The first time was a failure and the second time has so far been alright. I have only one game, which is Perfect Dark Zero. I hope to buy Grand Theft Auto 4 soon. I was thinking of buying a PS3, but Blu-Ray movies are too expensive right now, and I don't really care about all the hype for MGS4. Besides that, I also am working on another product review! The announcement will follow soon. But good lord people ... let's talk about something ... ANYTHING!

I choosed that username a long time ago and I don't have any problem of osteoporosis. I'm just a pharmacist and I just took the first medicine that came to my mind when I was asked to choose a name for my account. By the way, do you really think there are some spam for fosamax ? Wow, I didn't expect you were a pharmacist. There could be spam for fosamax, but all I've personally seen is the stuff for Viagra, Cialas, etc.

Why are people rejoicing that now they don't have to worry about their lasers wearing out? Didn't uLaunchELF have an option to disable the disc from spinning for the FAT PS2's? I only see this being just an easier process and a new option for Slim PS2 users. Any info also on how they got the exploit to work? How does this one work differently than the Independence exploit?

Damn, I'm surprised I didn't hear about this news either. I'm glad you posted this! Now could you load swapmagic onto a MC and play backup games on a Slim PS2 without the swap magic discs? Has anyone attempted that yet to success?

I don't think they're going overboard. It was not expected or anything. This was way sudden and it affected the NBC crew significantly because they saw him having a heart attack right there. EDIT: I also want to add that he probably was one of the more respected political analysts out there that actually respected his guests. Nowadays, political hosts belittle their guests.
