I'll let you guys know when we're ready to start broadcasting, as Miskie still needs to get the server ready for us.

Let go of the CAPS LOCK please. Welcome to 1Emulation!

I just got a new 360 with hdmi support a hitachi drive.
Alpha replied to SF2MJ's topic in XBOX 360 Hacks [/xbox360]
If you're talking about flashing your drive .... From the last time I read XBOX-Scene, Hitachi drives are much more difficult to flash than the BenQ drives. I could be wrong as I haven't read up on it in about 2 months, but I would consider trying to get a 360 with a BenQ drive as it is quite easy to flash, without any soldering. -
Yes, we definitely have a strong variety of personalities here. Sometimes the ground here gets a little shaky, but we all respect each other (no matter how many posts you may have). BTW, nice avatar... Al Pacino is a phenomenal actor... and you have a very interesting signature. That's why I always say it's good to have a girlfriend. Hell, I guess it even prevents PCSX2 from being delayed. +1 We hope you enjoy your stay here on 1Emulation. P.S. I think I'll have to join GeneralEmu myself, if I haven't already.

And I bet the location of roms was never discussed. Of course not. The reason why we named the radio show "Where the roms at?" was because it was right after we changed the board rules.

Gryph and I know MooglyGuy pretty well. Maybe Gryph doesn't remember, but he interviewed Moogly in our 2nd Radio Show, called "Where the roms at?". You can listen to it here: I've had quite a few conversations with MooglyGuy over the years. I found MooglyGuy because he's a staff member at Zophar's Domain. In fact, he became a staff member on "06.03.03" and was a "General Maintainer" (courtesy of Archive.org) .... I'm assuming that's in 2003. He mentioned some things about when Elazul ran Zophar's for a brief period on the radio show, which pissed off SwampGas (owner of Zophar). Moogly then blamed our radio show and the sound quality of it, complaining that people couldn't "hear" what he really said. However, what he said was loud and clear, and I was even able to make a transcript of his words in notepad and sent it to him. He eventually apologized, but if you search hard enough on Zophar's, you'll find the thread I'm talking about where he trashes us for it. Also, if it wasn't for MooglyGuy, we would have interviewed David R. Foley at the peak of the MAME trademark controversy. However, I took his advice and stopped the radio interview from happening, which I regret now. I think today it would have been great to hear the other side of the story. Of course, I blame myself, not Moogly.

Yeah, that could be the case. However, I've never seen a rock formation that almost looks like an "arm" is part of it, and is actually free from the rock, and not broken off. Unless of course you're talking about Egyptian or Greek sculptures, which I doubt any of them managed to land on Mars.
-
This is pretty insane. Now I believe that this could be anything. We probably perceive at as some woman sitting down on some rock, only because were only accustomed to seeing humans. However, this could be a weird rock formation too. Although, I do find it odd that it's green, as opposed to the rest of the terrain.

Well folks, I've been looking at laptops now. I'm not sure if I should invest in a Dell or HP laptop. I've read that the Dell Vostro laptops are a good deal and I've also read that there are some great deals on the HP Entertainment laptops. The HP laptops look pretty nice compared to the Dell laptops, but I'm not really sure which one to go with in terms of which one will last the longest and has the best build quality. Let me know if you've had any experience with Dell or HP laptops. Thanks.

Moved back to The Lounge.

Hmmm... seeing as how JKK knew it was a car company and joke after all (at least that's how it appeared to me and from the quote), not sure why this is still in Spam.

Do you want to live a long life? Sounds like you're killing yourself with all that crap in your system. ok dad.......... Oh my goodness..... FINALLY you know who I am. I AM YOUR FATHER! But let's get to the point. You got one body in this life, at least treat it with some decency. After all, don't you want to live until you're a 100? Or would you rather live a short life and then be re-incarnated as a monkey? Either option you choose, just remember: the choice is yours. EDIT: Dammit, this is not the spam forum.

I was talking to Gryph about this not too long ago. I think people have forgotten about PC Gaming, and that it is still alive, but with a slow heart beat. Is piracy killing gaming on the PC? You bet it is. Do people give a damn? Beats me. I think what pisses me off the most is that you can't run the games completely off HD. That is what made "NoCD" patches so great with the games I BOUGHT with my own money. I bet more people would buy PC games if they would lay off with all this "DRM/SecuROM" mumbo jumbo. But hey, it's my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt.

It's been a while since we had a new affiliate on 1Emulation. It brings me great pleasure to announce GeneralEmu.net as our new affiliate! Plot (also known as General Plot), the owner of GeneralEmu, has been a dear friend to us for over a year, as he has supplied us with his botnet and gratitude on our #1emu IRC channel. He has taken the time to become good buddies with 1Emulation regulars as well. His kindness and respect for people is hard to find on the Internet. Therefore, it is wonderful that we are now officially affiliates. Welcome to the 1Emulation family. »» http://www.generalemu.net/

Mortal Kombat 3 Mame Cab Built From Scratch
Alpha replied to MK3Fan's topic in Arcade Emulators [/pc/arcade]
Looks absolutely fantastic! You're definitely a wonderful craftsman. I can't believe you made the MK3 cabinet from scratch. Were you unable to find an MK3 cabinet off eBay or you really wanted to make it by hand? Anyway, keep up the great work. -
WTF? street fighter mouse generation.......
Alpha replied to Inky's topic in Gossip Café [/offtopic]
More Screenshots: http://kotaku.com/photogallery/streetfight...ousegeneration/ Source: http://kotaku.com/345817/new-street-fighte...+only-very-ugly WTF? It looks like they want to ressurect the Street Fighter EX series in the crappiest form possible. This reminds me of Gunz, but fighting instead of shooting. This completely defeats the conventional Street Fighter with 6 buttons. Last time I checked, there is only 3 mouse buttons that work for everyone. I never thought Capcom would go this low. Hopefully the same people are NOT working on Street Fighter 4! -
