I can give you a code to make your card perform a lot better if you want? Do you know how to edit your registry? Its pretty advanced but if you can do it, it helps the game run a lot better.

Well your specs are kick ass o the game should run good for you... Important GTA uses a lot of hard drive acess wile the game is running, to make sure you are getting the best performance from what it pulls from the hard drive make sure you do regular disk defragments It helps a lot if your disk is not full to bursting point as well.

Did you remeber to shut of all background software? Like virus scanners and firewalls they take up a chunk of the procesing power... On my athalon XP 1800 It takes 30% Of the power... With all background software turned of. What card are you using?

Ya man If i whack it all the way up it runs great but cars will apear then when i turn and look again they will dissapear. If its set to low [frame limiter] the cars dont dissapear... I also have the dam "opticol mouse fault" were tommy move in circiles every now and then, thats a really bad bug... The fix rockstar say to use is... Use anornal mouse

You will need an Open Gl graphics card [3d accelarator] Sytem memory:128 of RAM Hard drive space: 1.2 GB DirectX 8 ANd a 16 meg of graphics card memory.[remember it has to have open GL] I reccomend at least 32.
