  1. No it does not need to be zipped. Just have it named neogeo.zip, and put it in the same folder as all your roms. Your emulator will do the rest, no matter which one you are using. Just make sure you find the option in the emulator to choose which folder has all your roms in it. Once you have set that up, if the bios is there with the roms, everything will work perfectly.
  2. Actually the ones in the images I linked are all in-game models. Pages for some of them have appeared at StarCraft2.com. That is how they will look in the game, unless they are remodeled for whatever reason. I agree with everyone who says they look like toys or rejects from WarCraft III btw.
  3. Test30 has released Update 2 of his 3.51 Lite Edition - A PSP Custom Firmware series. You will need to install 3.51 M33, then 3.51 LE-A Update 1 before installing this second update. Risk to BRICK is still there. [Download] Source: PSPmax.
  4. Hey Davis could you please tell me wtf is going on in this game? Im dying to know why these slags are just slapping the sh.t out of eachother.
  5. Another update to M33's eponymous PSP Custom Firmware; 3.51 M33-7. Yes, you can still BRICK your PSP if you do not properly follow instructions with this update so be warned. [Download] Source: PSPx.ru.
  6. A weird Japanese Flash game. http://nigoro.jp/game/rosecamellia/rosecamellia.php All I can say is LOL.
  7. Pssh Travolta is a wash-up and a weirdo. I'm not surprised he's here. Heh I'm just messin. Welcome all the same Johnny~
  8. Yeh read the news post about this. Its developed by Arc, so expect GG similarities.
  9. Not major but it is better for digital type displays. And yes you can get graphics cards with DVI- most have it.
  10. Check out these new Protoss and Terran units in these scans from Euro mag Super Play. Units featured are; Protoss High Templar Dark Templar Twilight Archon Terran Marine Ghost Supply Depot Sensor Drone Viking Fighter Thor Planetary Fortress So far so good right? Can't wait to see these in action Images: 1, 2, 3.
  11. Korean developer Pentavision is known mostly for its PSP music series DJMAX Portable. In a huge departure from this root however, their next title is to be an online PC and PSP 3rd person shooter called Stylish eSper Shooting Sports League Portable or S4 Portable for short. Luckily for fans, the game will feature both characters and music from the DJMAX series. Sounds like a strange combination to me. Check the source for pictures and / or more info if you happen to read Korean. Source: Ruliweb.com
  12. To anyone using 3.51 M33 but experiencing any problems, a remedy seems to be formatting flash1, a partition on your PSP's NAND. Many report that this fixes all of their symptoms. Unlike that of Dark_AleX's OE series, the installer for M33 may not properly clean out this partition when flashing. Use this formatting application to clear out your flash1 partition and hopefully get your PSP working perfectly. Basically, flash0 contains all the important operating system files, and flash1 just the configuration settings, so there is no real danger in using this, assuming you read the readme and faq properly. NB: I have not tested this and will have to update to 3.51 M33 before I can confirm whether or not this works. But since there is no harm in formatting flash1 anyway, why not give it a try?
  13. That's nothing. I shed a tear for Bomberman and his 360 incarnation.
  14. Well it does have some good arcade games at the moment, so its not all dead. I played Let's Go Jungle for the first time a few days ago and loved it. They might not have the financial resource to stage a console comeback, but see what a competitive and expensive business that is. Sony and Microsoft, 2 of the wealthiest corporations on Earth are struggling to succeed in it and Nintendo is having to cut back hard- where before its hardware has been pretty superior to the competition across the board, even they are having to resort to alternative methodologies in order to stand shoulder to shoulder with the big guns. Sega probably doesnt find the console market feasible, but it is putting some good stuff out nonetheless. I agree recent Sonic entries are trash, but I cant say Sega is failing in every respect.
  15. I always thought OP meant Original Poster. My face would be red if it turned out I just made something so stupid up myself . Edit: How does TP = Topic Creator?
  16. Although I am not game to try it out atm, 3.51 M33-6 has perfect no-umd compatibility now They might be on their way to reaching Dark_AleX's level of notoriety. I just wish they gave me the feeling that I'm in safe hands that I always had with DA's CFW series.
  17. I love Sega of the Mega Drive era. The gave us the legendary Sonic the Hedgehog, Golden Axe, Ecco the Dolphin, Space Harrier 2, Wonder Boy in Monster World and so on. My Mega Drive is dead, but I still love it. Bless PC emulation and 6-button gamepads. I love my DC too but between nullDC and PS2 having a lot of the more famous ports, I usually have mine disconnected. Except when I decide I want to have a go at House of the Dead 2 with Sega's bizarrely shaped light gun.
  18. PS - Just so you all know, the NP9660 driver does load *everything*. I have yet to come across reports of a game that doesn't work 100% with it. It seems to have true 100% compatibility so far. Excellent work to the M33 coders.
  19. I love Sega, and although they have fallen on hard times of late, I still love them. House of the Dead 4.. how cool is that sh.t? Anyway I must politely disagree. Sega always has been, and still is, number 1 in my heart.
  20. M33 is on a roll with their updates to PSP Custom Firmware 3.51 M33. This latest update adds preliminary implementation of that pesky Sony prx, NP9660, which would in theory allow for perfect No-UMD ISO-loading compatibility. On another interesting note, the M33 team had this to say about the recent IE and LE CFW expansions by becus25 and Test30 respectively; This, like all previous updates, can be installed over any existing version of 3.51 M33. Chances of BRICKING if instructions are not followed to the letter are still present. [Download] Source: PSPx.ru
  21. PSP Slim will have a custom firmware in less than 3 months after its released. Id put money on it.
  22. A lot more goes into character design than you seem to be giving the creators credit for. You can find fighters dual wielding shields and small swords almost everywhere, and Haohmaru and Mitsurugi, both plain samurai stereotypes, aren't the best examples to base a derivative vs original debate on. Find me 5 characters whose signature is a hula hoop-sized blade, one blade or two, and then I'll believe you. Until then, I maintain Tira's is a design that has been ripped off in Sengoku Basara.
  23. Test30 is back at it with an update of his PSP Custom Firmware titled 3.51 Lite Edition - A - Update 1. This runs the risk of a BRICKED PSP. You have been warned. [Download] Source: Test30's site.
