Yeh well that's the whole point isn't it? When you have 25 friends its that simple. But when you have 200 'friends' how can you control what they do? It's not very nice to decline friends requests after all, is it?

I'm the only one being uptight in this thread. If you want to call me sad or a total p.ussy, you should go ahead and do so.

Control is the big deal. As someone who apparently has no reservations about laying all the sordid faces of their life online for all to see, why would it be a big deal to you? On the one hand I like social networks for communicating with people I know. I don't put more than I'm comfortable with up, and everything is fine. But I can't control if someone tags me in a photo, say, or writes about me being somewhere I shouldn't have been. Or voices my views on something or someone that I would rather have kept private. This isn't different to any other kind of gossip except insofar as all of this can be traced back to my profile, and me as a person. People I don't know, or don't like, can find out too much about me without my permission and without me even putting the information up there myself. That is what I hate about social networks; that is why its a big deal. But without a concept of personal privacy none of that makes any sense, right?

If you sent pics of me to some random chick and then posted the log here I would not find it a joke.

This is really really old. You need to be able to adjust the analogue sensitivity to be able to map the mouse movements to it. Also you need to have a wired controller connected to it during bootup, then remove it and plug in the keyboard mouse. I think its too much of a hassle.

Hmm well being the 'photo king' (?) doesn't really explain how he became one in the first place. I'd still like to hear his reasoning.

The notes. The guitar note charts for songs in Rock Band are boring, compared to those in GH3. No doubt because they're being more faithful to the song and incorporating the other instruments' notes as well. But whatever, they are more boring. Realism gets in the way and that is why it is less a rhythm game and more a sim.

Cinder raised a good question though which Fatal never answered- why post so many pics in a thread where most people only post 1 or 2? Belthasar excepted.

Licenses would be for specified markets only. Someone else may have exclusive rights to a property in China, for example, but it might still be free to license in the US. But apart from its impressive DLC support, I don't care for Rock Band. Seems like less a rhythm game and more a band sim. Which is lame.

If its a licensing issue, why was GH3 able to pull off a simulataneous US / Euro release? Since RB is eventually coming, it wasn't a matter of them being unable to pay off all the red-tape fees- it was just a matter of them being lazy.

Music Videos? They couldn't do that and do it well. I'm personally surprised GH4 is going to allow people to record and share their own singles. What the flok indeed? I would like a keyboard though since I have at least some piano-playing skill under my belt. As long as it isn't a 5-button keyboard
