Banks are one thing but Blockbuster is a joke. When I signed up they wanted a current Drivers', and either a Passport or some bill that had both my name and residence. Seeing as the bills at my house DON'T HAVE MY NAME ON THEM, and since I didn't want to hand over my Passport to the sleazy guy behind the counter, I was denied.

I can never get Analog Audio to work properly with Daemon Tools. Try using Alchol's virtual drive thing and mounting the image there. That's the only way I get CDA sound in PCE CD games.

We can't around here. Between the range of about 5 stores near me, all they have is Halo 3, and then 4-5 launch titles. Renting new games is out of the question sadly. There are demos for both on Xbox Live however. I thoroughly enjoy the Turok demo, but the DMC4 one was a bit meh-ish. That is to say underwhelming since I had been dead set on buying it over Turok up until the point where I got the demo. I suppose the real questions are whether Turok will likely be the same fun all the way to the end (why shouldn't it?) and if DMC4 will get better or not.

This next week on the 360, 3 games are coming out. Lost Odyssey Devil May Cry 4 Turok I've already bought Lost Odyssey since I got it kinda cheap. But out of Devil May Cry 4 and Turok... which should I get? I only have money for one. I hate it when a bunch of things get released at the same time

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Justice for All and Trials & Tribulations. As for new games, I will be getting to Lost Odyssey (once I'm done with it) and, if I have the cash, Turok or DMC4.

I like that the 'C' buttons were bigger on this prototype. The trigger being small sucks though. Overall it looks 'cheaper' than the final model, which could just come down to it not being the production unit..

I'll add Bioshock to my list. Damn this game is hyped.. I just don't see it. The narrative is flaky and boring... the places look good but the almost comical production style doesn't speak to me... Most of all though the shooting just isn't fun. None of the guns are satisfying to fire and most of the plasmid effects look cheesy. Running around shooting the same ugly looking splicers and killing yourself taking down Rosies is no fun to me. I gave this game a fair shot and let me just say I hate it.

I need to stop making my reviews sound all high and mighty. Even I cbf going back and reading them. 2008 will be the year of down to earth reviews from moi... expect something more to the point from my upcoming Phoenix Wright trilogy article

This should be of interest to anyone who followed the whole Ultra 64 thing but likely never got to see the controller (which really isn't that far a departure from the 3-pronged N64 monstrosity). Photoshopping is a fair concern. Same reason I haven't posted a pic (I know nobody asked for one ).

Achievements are also imbalanced in their distribution... you can play NFSMW and get the full 1000 by just doing the 7-10 hour story mode.. where as other games make some of the secret achievements virtually impossible.

I have installed 3.80 M33. Haven't tried the popstation plugin though.

A cash-in is a generic work that uses a strong brand name to perform better than it otherwise would have. Rocky Balboa was this kind of cash-in- it was a terrible film no one would have seen if it wasn't called 'Rocky'. That said, why should I bother to see Rambo? Even if it is upto the par of previous films, I'm not a fan of them.

Only non-SDHC. My point is that there were non-SDHC 4Gb ones manufactured- so you can find them if you look hard enough.

Guitar Hero III is more fun if you're gonna play by yourself using a guitar. Rock Band CAN be fun if you get the whole band thing going, but the guitar parts in RB are definitely more boring than GH3's. I'd say go GH3. Remember that GH3's Les Paul is compatible with RB, but not the other way around.

No rules- can be any extension. Don't think the extension would be *.dvd though. KOF XI should be around 1.1Gb, depending on the region.
