I have a BIN/CUE file. So i have to make it into an ISO?? And when i drag the BIN file it tells me that it needs to Make ip.bin and i press yes, then it asks me for the name of the binary? (Usually 1ST_READ.BIN) But ive no clue what that means

How in gods name do you use this program?? I start it up, its asks me to put in a name of a BIN. CUE, or ISO. I do it, and then it closes.

You seem to have not Activated the Capcom Hack. Check that and it should run close to normal speed.
