The supported languages are currently English, French, German and Italian. AmiArcadia and WinArcadia were each awarded ratings of 5 stars by emuita.it. WinArcadia is recommended by NonMESS as the best emulator of these machines: "WinArcadia is the clear winner. For one, the Arcadia 2001's sound is much more clearly reproduced and is actually in tune with this emulator, compared to its competition. Second, WinArcadia gets credit for its use of the standard windowing GUI, which aside from other benefits allows for drag-and-drop support. Finally, I've run side-by-side tests of just about every game available for the system...highly accurate. Check this one out. WinArcadia is far more advanced than the MESS driver, with near-perfect emulation and tons of support for extras like save-state and graphics scaling. Definitely worth a look." Changes since 7.11: "Step over subroutine" command. "Echo PIPBUG I/O to printer?" option. PIPBUG sound simulation (WinArcadia only). Miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes. http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/ http://amigan.classicgaming.gamespy.com/
  9. Great, thanks Robert!
  10. This link doesn't seem to work properly, it's mostly just question marks and nothing to download...Is the site down?

  15. This is a duplicate of the previous news item.
  16. OK, done, but there doesn't seem a way to turn off image stretching...the avatar would look better if it wasn't stretched out vertically.
  17. Amigan Software are proud to announce the release of the AmigaOS 4 port of Ami/WinArcadia 7.0b. Thanks to Alexandre Balaban for this port. 7.0b is also already available for AmigaOS 3 and Windows. http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/ It's an emulator for Signetics 2650-based machines (Emerson Arcadia 2001, Interton VC 4000, Elektor TV Games Computer, etc.)
  18. Hmm, I wonder if that means Buggy Boy will finally get emulated
  19. Your hard work has been appreciated...
  20. AmiArcadia 6.12 for AmigaOS3.5-3.9 has now been released. AmiArcadia 6.12 for AmigaOS4 should hopefully follow soon, possibly even an update to the MorphOS port...
  21. Maybe someone should do a Mac or Linux port please...?
  22. Great, thank you.
  23. What, we have to compile it ourselves? How lame, not many will bother with that.
  24. Actually V4.81 is the first release of AmiArcadia for MorphOS. The port was not done by us but has our full support. There are apparently some issues which prevent later versions of AmiArcadia from being portable to MorphOS, these are being investigated.
  25. For those curious about the specific changes: * linting of source code. * adjusted elektor labyrinth fudging. * has a #define which will make it use mode "E" for "E/F"-mode games. * elektor, interton: altered return values for illegal reads. * autosense support for patched version of Circledrive, and for TESTER2.PGM. * fixed mislabelling of "collisions?" shortcut. * winarcadia: changed literals in playsound() to #defines. * equivalentization of CASIN/OUT. * removed old code from e_memmap(). * fixed handling of "reset-to-monitor" and "reset-to-game". * implemented MHz and % speed measurements. * most writes to PSG ports are now considered illegal.
