Well there are a few games I have that are on the list when I view all, but not when I do available only.

I'm having the same issue I'm afraid. Romcenter says my neogeo bios file is fine, but I've got it in my Kawaks rom and rom>neogeo folders and it sitll doesn't pick them up. Any other ideas??? (im using newest version of winkawaks btw)
