Ive been recently downloading animes and such and want to put them on a dvd but not as a storage device but an actual dvd with titles and such, dvd maker on the windows is just crap, what would you guys recommend?

One of the things that bothers me here is how many people have grotesque teeth. It's as if they forgot to brush them. Or ever go to the dentist. It's really disgusting. Sometimes even REALLY pretty girls have jacked up grills. Is this common in Asian countries?
I think most countries in general, I think the US has like the best dental whatever.
Not to mention most cities put floride in thier water.
