The real reason your PC can't handle the newest games but a console can is because those moronic, freakin lazy ass developers will always not bother to optimize the damn games they release... What, you guys think a 360 or a PS3 is some sorta revolutionary piece of hardware? My ass, they're probably as good a really high end PC two years ago. But they're freakin forced to create the game around a certain setup that's always constant and will, and should never change. The moment you start upgrading your console, is the moment it's going to go down the same road as PC gaming. With PC games it's different, they have all that computing power to wallow in and don't bother wasting any more money paying their developers to actually optimize the damn things.

Not really, I have an original version of Heroes 2 and it's around 600 MB, but it isn't the gold version I need. It's because both games have redbook audio, which takes up alot of space. Looked it up, found a complete compilation, which does indeed have both games around 600 mbs

Any Pro or Arcade that has a HDMI port. It will say so on the box. If I recall, all 360s after a certain date started sporting the HDMI port, it's all a matter of looking at the box. Seriously, look at the box. But yeah, I mean, is it really worth it compared to PS3? It just feels like such a cheapass milkage that you have to pay for the online service, and for PS3 you don't. Plus with PS3 I get a blu-ray drive. On the other hand, no backwards compatibility with PS2 or PS1, so that's a gigantic disadvantage in my book. Is 360 backwards compatible? And which of them are piratable?

Piracy's not doing jack sh!t to PC gaming. It's the annual lowering of standards in the game industry is what's doing it. Developers are running out of ideas, doing sh!t rehashes (looking at you EA), and are simply being lazy ass mofos, not willing to take their damn time to come up with a great game. That, and the freakin monthly new updates in the GFX card department, and gigantic system requirements is what's killing PC gaming... Piracy's just weeding out those people/companies who aren't willing to spend the time and effort into creating something good. There are simply no good games coming out, games that are freakin worth a buy. That's the deal. If I find a game that's worth my money, I'll buy it, plain and simple. But these days that's not the case. Even if I can't buy it now, I'll buy it later, because I know it's worth it. I wouldn't buy Gears of War for instance, but I would buy old classics like the Heroes of Might and Magic series, or newer ones like the Legacy of Kain and Prince of Persia series. Speaking for Gears of War, it's actually a better version than the 360 one, with more content and so forth. Sure, you'd need a monster PC to run it at full capacity, but that's another story. Oh, and PC users can't fight 360 users online, which I found crap...

In Romania Music is all as it should be. TV shows and movies are subbed. Poorly. Cartoons on Cartoon Network and Fox Kids(now Jetix) were originally left in english but now are being dubbed. A petition has been signed by more than 20.000 people to revert it back to English. My obscenely high level of english is solely thanks to Cartoon Network, nothing else. So far, no progress with the petition. The dubs are horrible, absolutely horrible... So much that they make Cartoon Network unbearable. However, we recently finally got an anime channel and it takes a very serious stance against dubbing. So we get japanese with romanian subs . Oh, and thanks for the link EM. Avril is freakin awesome when she sings the Mandarin version, but the Japanese version wasn't as good because I'm a pretentious pronunciation Nazi and she wasn't doing it that right. The Mandarin one was better pronounced.

Tap water tastes like metal. I can feel it too. And not just metal. The chlorine in it makes me hate it. However that person that said that you taste what your body needs, she's right, it's because your enzymes in your spit start taking what your body needs right from the moment you taste it. This effect is usually more pronounced with tap water in my case anyway. Bottled water is not the biggest scam, inky. At least not in Europe, don't know 'bout you yanks. But here, it's much healthier to drink bottled water than tap water, because of the obscene amounts of chlorine they stick in tap water to kill all the bacteria... At least bottled water comes from mountain springs, and goes through a purifying process that does not use chlorine and other crap.

I completely agree with the naming of games that the Nerd is talking about. It's completely retarded... Oh and what really grinds my crap is localization translations... Like when they translate japanese games and insert crappy american humor and crap culture into those localizations instead of just doing a freakin translation of the original game... like, say, final fantasy 4 and 5 and 6 for the GBA...
