I can't tell the differfence between Gin and Vodka...at the bar. That's because they serve domestic SHIT. I was once asked by a bardtender "How's your gin and tonic?" I didn't ask for gin, and I don't drink gin. If she hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have known. Vodka...I drink Stolichnaya, Smirnoff is ASS, Grey Goose is yuppie Vodka that tastes like I'm licking a dirty window.

Real martini's are made with gin and vermouth anyway. Flavored vodka martini's lacking vermouth are girly drinks.

You could always just go real ghetto and cut two 2x4's long enough to push the board up straight and just wedge them under in the middle, one at the back and one at the front. No scres, nails or glue required. Problem solved! If you want it really steady, connect the 2x4's together across the top and bottom with two more screwed together, like a square.

Flip the desk top upside down for the time being. May look funny if it's unfinished, but it will do the job until it straightens itself out again. This depends on the way the legs mount of course, such as screwed right through. But if you can do it...it's the best solution. he means the table top is warped downward, probably from the weight of a monitor on it. My last desk did this.

I'm really not liking the whole faction apparel thing... 1: It's annoying as shit having to click "OK" every time you put something on, just tell me at the top of the screen and be done with it! 2: It doesn't fucking work! Put on Powder Gang gear...they still attack me. Maybe this has something to do with my status with them? Doesn't seem to affect anyone else either, where they otherwise SHOULD attack me while wearing it. Another note, I HATE when people inside are alerted to the fact you kill someone OUTSIDE without even seeing it. Why can't I pop a guard, take his key and go inside without the entire damn place magically knowing I offed him? I sneak killed the guard at the NCR Jail, and right away all the icons on the map for the other Gang members (All INSIDE!) turned red. WTF?

Wait what!? You guys still don't know the terminal helpers they purposely put in the game, that were present in Fallout 3? Anything between two brackets [ ] or parenthesis { } or whatever these are called removes a dud, or will reset your # of tries. On easier terminals, this can sometimes remove all but the answer or 2.

I find respect in that, where people know I can punch the piss out of them...but I don't do it. When they know you think they aren't even worth your time, but that you will kick their ass around, they tend to smarten up. Just play the "Silent Type" routine...works well. People get scared when you don't talk, or if you do...not more than 3 words leave your lips, like the calm before a storm.

I just laugh at people like that. I'm very mellow when drunk, but don't fuck with me or that changes fast. Trash talking? I just laugh at them and say "whatever" until they go away. Everything is color coded and pinned/keyed these days, you can't put anything together wrong without forcing it. If you can't build your own PC these days, you need to tattoo STUPID on your forehead.

Runs fine for me, aside from the fact that heading to the 3rd well at the start...the game just straight up froze solid on me. Ctrl+Alt+Del worked fine to get out, thankfully.

Seems the PSP scene is nothing but a huge mess, just like the Wii scene. I'm trying to find an SNES emulator, and it seems there are 15 different versions and branches all over the place. What are the latest\best emulators?

I've got too much PC shit in the house guys... I just realized a build I put together for MAME in one of my cabs, is actually running better hardware than my current main PC. I'm now sitting here installing Windows again with the hardware swapped. Should run this game even better. Christ...

I play on a 50" Plasma in my living room...so if there was a discernible difference to be seen on the uber-high resolutions people claim (That LCD's can't even do natively and DOWNSCALE anyway) look so much better, I'd see it. Now a nice big CRT display that CAN display over 1920x1080 (Widescreen or not)...I may agree, but not at resolutions beyond 1600x1200, there is not a consumer grade CRT display large enough that you could POSSIBLY discern ANY difference. Anyone running a higher resolution than this that claims to see a difference, is a fucking liar...flat out. I have better than 20/20 vision with perfect color pickup, if I can't see it...nobody else can. There's technical limitations too, you ever seen a texture map large enough that this would be noticeable? Show me a 2048x2048 texture that isn't poorly detailed and used at a 1:4 scale anyway....

I'm running 5 year old hardware...that's why. Some of my gear doesn't even meet the minimum requirements, yet I can run the game perfectly smooth on medium-high settings at 1024x768. Fallout 3 runs even better for me, maxed out at that resolution. I won't drop hundreds on new hardware every few months. Nuh uh. Anyone who thinks there is a hugely discernible difference between a resolution like that and something insanely higher is an idiot. Now there's a bit of a difference between that and the widescreen res I run my desktop at, but it hinders my performance. (1360x768), the difference between that and like 25xxx1xxx is imaginary bullshitting on the hardcore's part.

What's the sys requirements on this? I can run 3 fine, and I can run Crysis fine...shall I give this a whirl? (I don't read box min requirements, they fit users with bloatware machines, I can run things I shouldn't according to those just fine.)

Sour Cream is one of those things where it's only good on a few select things, on it's own and with most other things it tastes like SHIT. There are only 2 instances whereI will eat it, a baked potato but it MUST have bacon bits and green onions. And in my GF's chip dip (Sour Cream, Cream cheese etc). People who put it on perogies and other things, all by it's lonesome disgust me...it's an additive flavor, not a standalone.

Well I use "Miracle Whip" (Not the brand name stuff, it's overpriced just like $10 a jar fuckin Cheese Whiz). I HATE real Mayo, it tastes like shit. The only difference is vinegar and less eggs I do believe
