  1. Sounds like fun, and similar to something I did when I was 15. Thanksgiving, and on a dare I ate an entire large jar of homemade pickled beets. Got to school the next day, took a crap and I thought I was crapping blood.
  2. 25-30 times a day......I'm tha shat monster! Actually I don't know, I don't exactly keep track. You're the kinda person who stares into the toilet for 5 minutes after taking a crap, trying to figure out what your crap looks like, what precise color it is and how many inches long it is aren't you? Wierd thread man.....but then again, it is you. Next thing you know, you'll have a "How many times a day do you spank the monkey?" thread.
  3. Didn't know if I should put this here, but sent PMs do NOT appear in the SENT box on either IPB 2.0.3 here, or 2.0.4 at XS....also happens elsewhere. Thought I should inform you of this bug, maybe see if it's been fixed since 2.0.4 at least. If this isn't a bug and it's just my personal settings, which I never remember having anything set to not store sent messages......be nice and just tell me so.
  4. Vermillion how much would you want for a 1.6 LPC Rebuild board? It's sickening just how much shipping costs from resellers on the little items. This thing wasn't around when I bought my X3. I almost forgot that the new box I got is also a 1.6, so I will be needing one unless I want to go through the hassle of doing each wire. No point when I can get a board huh? I had plenty of people on XS wanting to give me one (a pinheader) really cheap, and one guy who just said he'd send me one for nothing. I think thats taken care of.
  5. Got sick of digging through the oh-so-random search results, so I posted my own thread in the buy and sell forum. It was deleted, don't know by who, wasn't PM'ed for doing something wrong.......know I didn't. grrr
  6. Thread merged with correct one.
  7. FatX is not readable under windows, neither is an original Xbox disc. Your only option is obtaining the file(s) via your Xbox, or ripping to an ISO......also from your Xbox. You aren't gonna be able to put that disc in your PC and make an ISO........period.
  8. I broke my pinheader awhile back while trying to re-install my X3. I'm in need of a replacement one, but everywhere I've looked I am looking at at least $10 with shipping, the shipping being most of that cost, an insane amount........for this tiny little thing that will fit in an envelope. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to send me? I'd be willing to pay a couple bucks to cover it and the shipping if neccesary.
  9. Probably because she's just another person in the heap of people who have their own dirty website for profit. I've never heard of her till now, and she isn't all that much to look at really.
  10. The Legacy Of Kain series. Right from the very first game the plot has just been really thick, it's one of those series' I enjoy playing just for the plot, and I don't even really pay any attention to the graphics. Likewise gameplay takes a back seat, even though in every game the gameplay has been pretty damn good. There are plenty of other games I really liked following along with the story.....too many actually, but I'll name a few that come to mind. TES III - Morrowind (If you take the time to immerse yourself and really play it) Max Payne Final Fantasy VII and VIII I think the best storylines come from RPGs or Action/Adventure games, as really without a story to drive those genres......you don't have a game.
  11. Yep, I'll go with the WE DON'T CARE way too. If you don't like it, STFU and don't buy it. You go buy your PS3, I won't because the PS2 in comparison to Xbox and Gamecube alone was a laugh and a half, not to mention it wasn't even HALF what Sony hyped it out to be. The Dreamcast sports hardware features that the PS2 doesn't have, features that have been an industry standard for YEARS. Can you say Hardware Full Scene Anti-Aliasing? But thats a personal opinon, and it's not something I'd start a thread about! I like my Gamecube, more than my Xbox too btw. There are more than just 4 good games for it, just because you don't think so..........means jack sh!t, the world doesn't revolve around you. If all you are into is games with violence and mature subject matter, go ahead and play em.......but don't whine because someone like Nintendo doesn't cater to your needs and push 80-90% of it's software to be aimed towards that kind of audience. Not everyone is some 14 year old kid who doesn't have a clue where gaming started....... "FUN" doesn't = Guns and boobies
  12. I've suggested the above on several occasions. There is too much clutter and disorganization by having just a "Handhelds" forum for instance, there isn't just one or two handhelds.......hell Nintendo has the Gameboy, Gameboy Advance and the DS alone.....think of all the others. Then theres the others. Theres a Dreamcast and Genesis forum, but what about Master System and Saturn? Manufacturer reorganization is a necessity. Sega > Subforums Master System Genesis Game Gear Saturn Dreamcast Nintendo > Subforums NES SNES Gameboy Blah Blah you get the idea This would reduce the number of forums on the main index as well, which is quite a frickin cluster f**k of a mess IMO. As for it being emulation FOR the PSP, thats irellevant. Both on the PSP and PSP on the PC, would go in the same forum, just like everything else. As for Future Emulation, I believe all 3 current systems in that forum area need to be moved. They are all emulated, and running at least 1 commercial game on a given emulator. Putting the PSP in there would be a fitting move though, it's not emulated yet......
  13. To be honest, that isn't a temperature range that is cause for concern with an Athlon XP CPU, they aren't exactly cool running CPUs in the first place. It is a tad higher than one would like, but don't get yourself worked up over it. Clean everything up, and look up some tutorials for smoothing the surface of a heatsink for it to make better contact.......that may help you some.
  14. Make sure to look up/in the manual regarding supported media and formats. Maybe the drive doesn't support -R and only supports +R, or maybe you're burning the disc in an unsupported method. When all else fails........RTFM
  15. Someone from PS2NFO? Big thumbs down from me in that regard....that site and it's staff are ass. If you know anything regarding the Gamecube scene, you'd know why. Rest of the list looks great though.
  16. Hasn't changed since the last time I posted it
  17. Get ahold of a tool for recovering data. I have had some success using the "Tuneup Undelete" tool in Tuneup Utilities 2004, but there are others out there. Just make sure of one thing, DO NOT write any more data to that disk as of NOW. Tools will find records of old files, but if enough byte signatures are lost.........so is the whole file. So stop whatever you're doing, close every running program you can and get ahold of a data recovery program.
  18. Nobody said Happy Canada Day on the 1st........so I ain't saying anything for the 4th.
  19. Dongle Primarily, yes it's a security device for software.......a hardware auth key. Can mean anything really though, there are "dongles" for PCMCIA modem/ethernet cards (I have one) and really anything that attaches to your PC that acts as an interface for something else is a "dongle", such as the PSX/N64 adapter I have here.......thats a "dongle" per-say. If it in itself doesn't directly attach to your PC, but has direct communication with the PC.........it's a dongle.
  20. What everyone needs to keep in mind, is that this was originally a spontaneous radio broadcast in 1938 that had people freaking out, it wasn't until the next day that it was revealed a hoax and became a "show". Find the original broadcast somewhere, I've seen it on a couple torrent sites. I haven't even seen the movie yet, and I know it's gotta be pretty decent. I think alot of people expect far too much out of a movie these days. Some of the best movies I've watched were low-budget movies with cheap ass special effects but had a decent story.
  21. Just because they say they nabbed these groups, doesn't mean they have. There isn't just one or 2 people involved in these groups. And harsher penalties for distrubing something before it's commercial release? WTF does it matter? Anyone grabbing it beforehand DEFINITELY wasn't going to buy it in the first place. When are these idiots going to learn, and just leave people alone? If I pirate something, I A: Want to see if it is worth my money before I go buying it, DEMOS are NOT long enough nor indicative of whole gameplay, PERIOD. B: Wasn't going to buy it in the first place because I don't have enough interest, but still wanted to give it a try. This is just going to drive this further underground, where they can't catch the real thieves........the bastards SELLING pirated stuff.
  22. Makes me happy that I bought a DVD burner. If I had lost all my roms (I ain't missin nothing besides some arcade stuff!) I think I may have run out to play in traffic. At least now they're on DVD+RWs.
  23. Isn't someone failing to mention that you risk rendering your Xbox useless by flashing the TSOP? The TSOP is the onboard bios, containing the original bios. If something goes wrong during the process, you're screwed unless you own an EPROM programmer and have some very good soldering skills. Theres also the fact that alot of people like to retain the original functionality and integrity of the console by using a modchip. I for one do not care to go the TSOP route, I want my original MS bios on there, and I don't even use LIVE, nor will I ever.........it's like paying for Gamespy Arcade ontop of the cost of my ISP's services to hookup with others to play PC games, a ripoff to me, as you know Gamespy is free and LIVE doesn't differ very much from it, not enough to warrant letting Microsoft put their hands in my wallet. Regardless, this is about mods.........I don't think the TSOP method is a good thing, especially if you wish to retain the original functionality and integrity of your system, and theres the "Oops!" factor, theres no "Oops!" factor with a modchip beyond lame soldering skills.
  24. Can't say I have any idea regarding this, but if theres any place for a question like this, it's here in one of the DS emulator forums. The dev's or anyone else involved on an in-depth level would know better than anyone else. As for them answering your question though, may take some time.
  25. Thats right, we need to keep things politically correct here. You are "Intellectually Challenged"
