It probably uses one of the gamebits, I know the original carts do. Easiest way without forking out money for a bit you're unlikely to ever use again, is to take an empty Bic pen and melt the plastic. Then you push it over the screw to form it to the screw, it should last long enough for you to open this thing and put it back together. http://wiki.nintendo-scene.com/Gamebit

Your link doesn't work, bunch of gibberish......bad mimetype? Missing extension? And don't bin the GB, open it up! Could be something as simple as a loose wire!

I connected to xbins but i didn't see the file in the emulators folder It's in there in this folder > XBOX/Console Based Applications/apps/emulators/N64/Surreal64/Surreal_XXX

I think I'll stick stick to N64 emulation on my computer, where even it is far from perfect. I can't see these Xbox emulators doing a very good job at all.

Got the new board, they sent a newer revision (2.0, last was 1.0). Ran all last night without any problems, still running now with no problems.

A few? I think most forgot they even existed at all anymore......

The Dark Crystal, 80s Jim Henson movie. Pretty good for early 80s. And something about the movie screams "This, made today with some changes to fit, screams METROID MOVIE". The art style etc, especially with the creatures, get rid of the cast puppetry........yeah.

Play Metroid, and pretend the internet does NOT exist! (ie; NO Gamefaqs or map pictures) -
I couldn't tell you exactly, I've only ever done voltage division on LEDs, and that involves forward voltage drops so it's pretty straightfoward. You've got nothing here but wanting to step down the immediate input. I'd say you'd need a 2Kohm resistor on the +5v and a 3Kohm resistor on the ground for this thing, but you'll need to know amperage coming off the +5v line in order to figure out the wattage rating of the resistors you'll need, otherwise they'll just bake themselves if they're rated too low. You don't want to overguess either, as you could bake something else in the case of a slight surge that is too high for another component (Which will occur on intial startup). Why not post on X-S and reference the mod? I'm sure someone there who has more electrical knowledge could tell you exactly what you need. Mind you, you could always take your 3.3v from the LPC instead. That is if there is 3.3v applied on standby, break out a multimeter and start poking around while the Xbox is on Standby.

TMNT2 turtles in time remake XBLA!

Animation looks sloppy, I'm a HUGE fan of the original........not overly impressed with this one. I don't mind so much the 3D aspect, but it doesn't look like Turtles in Time to me. -
cant you just go and buy an old xbox1 reomte control to turn it off,IIRC im sure the xbox control works with xbmc. but maybe best to wait and see what other people think. 1: The xbox remote is IR (Won't work if say the Xbox is in his trunk) 2: He needs something that can also turn it ON, something the Xbox remote can't do. If the voltage is different, make it work. Use a resistor/series of resistors to bring it down or a voltage regulator with caps to bring it up. Edit: Actually, just pull the correct voltages from different points - http://diy.sickmods.net/Tutorials/Xbox1/Po...Supply_Pinouts/ Say's not to use Blue as a source, so take 5v off orange and step it down to 3.3v with some resistors.....tada

Anyone know who that fat dude is doing the jumping side kick? That's pretty awesome! Don't know, but I'm pretty sure the other guy was glad it didn't connect, looks like if it had it would have knocked him the f**k out. -

The NES port of TMNT the arcade game is absolutely horrible, it's nothing like the arcade game. One of my favorite games, which is why I own a dedicated arcade TMNT. If you want to play "home" version of it, get the Amiga or Atari ST versions, they're MUCH better than the terrible NES version. I want Turtles in Time to put in that same cabinet (Double Jamma it), and you can play a pretty much perfect port on the SNES (Hyperstone Heist on Genesis SUCKS) -
Star Wars Cockpit Pac-Man/Ms Pac-Man Galaga Galaxian Afterburner II Cockpit (1 and 2 are the same game btw, 1 never made it outside of Japan and just doesn't have throttle and less missle stock) Street Fighter 2 Turbo New Zealand Story Double Dragon Puzzle Bobble Arkanoid TMNT (I own this already) Aero Fighters (Also own this) Neo Geo (I own a 4 slot and a few games, switch em out.......that's the point) Suzuka 8hrs Tekken 2 + 3 Virtual On Daytona USA Sure I could think of more, but not ATM

Was partly EFNet that killed it, but mostly it was that the channel was not our channel.......it was (hell a member I can't even recall their name, because their presence here is almost non existant) running with multiple bots that caused problems all the time, and said member could care less to correct them or even have them do what they were intended for. I don't have a problem with any member overseeing an IRC channel for us, but when you pay it no mind, fill it with multiple flawed bots and camp AFK on the channel........it's douchebag-ish, and you should pull your crap out and let someone else handle it.

Dreamcast on LCD TV
ken_cinder replied to NeoRAGERx's topic in DreamCast & Saturn Emulators [/pc/dc+saturn]
It might accept NTSC over S-Video, but not Composite. S-Video cables are cheap for DC, get one and try. Standard Def tuners still conform to NTSC/PAL spec in HD TVs, it's HD signals that don't have NTSC/PAL type. -
where would you live if you could live anywhere?

Oh and I'd move several hours north of where I am. Somewhere relatively secluded and the further away from the big city the better. -
That domain must belong to that stupid piece of crap rapper Soulja Boy. YOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUU!

Dreamcast on LCD TV
ken_cinder replied to NeoRAGERx's topic in DreamCast & Saturn Emulators [/pc/dc+saturn]
Those RCA to SCART adapters pretty much never work, they always seem wired incorrectly or missing something (I've used some for projects). I also downloaded the manual that covers your TV, and it only supports PAL/SECAM over the composite video input. Not sure on 60hz (I can't see why it wouldn't support PAL60) but it say's NOTHING about NTSC, so if this is an NTSC Dreamcast, it won't work by default. -

If you enjoy drunk indians sleeping on the sidewalk, and meth users all over......go for it! Better yet, move to Burnaby, there's even MORE of that there AND they'll steal your car in the blink of an eye! -

TV Model # would help, and I assume you're using a SCART RGB cable?
