Thanks Mooney, I just looked at one of the very few DS roms I have. MP Hunters, 64MB. I'm not so sure a DS is a good idea for me here, as by the looks of it most of the games I'd want to play are 64MB+. Be pretty hard to convince my wife that buying a DS is a good idea. While I make most of the money here, we're still on a level playing field, and she was ok with the GBA because I saved like $50 on the new shoes I bought versus what I'd normally pay in a store. I think I'll have to sleep on it, as a DS is $140 (I'm not doing Ebay, I looked and for some retarded reason people seem to be paying very close to retail, even more with shipping in some cases.........people are dumb). Then I'd need that PassME AND a larger flash cart.

Ok well after 2 months, the seller never sent my GBA or replied to any of my emails. I got my money back through Paypal so it's all good. Now I'm stuck with the Flash Cart I bought off Mooney, and I'm wondering now just what my options are if I bought a DS instead. 1: Can I still use this thing for GBA on the DS? 2: Can I use it for DS roms, and do I require other hardware, like a PassME or something? 3: If 2 is true, what other hardware and how much am I looking at spending? 4: It's 256Mbit, is that enough to put a DS game on? If I'm going to have to spend alot more money on DS stuff, and the flash cart I already have isn't big enough for most titles........I'll just stick with buying another GBA.

I've taken up playing PES 2008, and I've NEVER been into soccer or played any soccer video games besides a bit of FIFA 2000, which ended quite abrubtly (Wish I hadn't wasted the money on it). I'm in league play right now, on Amateur difficulty and I've got 5 wins, 1 loss and 2 ties. Not bad for a newbie huh? Anyway, figured I'd put up a video of my first goal after getting the hang of playing. While CDI2NERO works well most of the time, it will on occassion corrupt an image. You are best off using something like Daemon Tools and doing a Disc Copy from the virtual drive, than using any sort of conversion software. Oh and you're better off not using Discjuggler, I am still baffled as to why the Dreamcast scene seemed to choose this format, when the software it's created with can't even recognize it's own format properly.

I can see it, if Sammy thinks they can cash in at all, they'll do it. You could try it, but I'm pretty sure the XP boot disks don't contain necessary programs for partitioning/formatting. Download a Win98 SE Boot Disk, that will have FDISK and FORMAT for sure. Simply create your partition(s) and DON'T format them if you want NTFS (Win98 only supports FAT32, so you'll have to use the XP install CD for NTFS)

I'd do the same if my neighbors were good friends, hell even if I didn't know them actually. Crimes of a personal nature make my blood boil. Why should someone who is robbing a bank be gunned down 9 out of 10 times, but it's ok for some sack of $hit to break into someones home and not have their life taken in return? In a bank robbery situation, nobody has their personal space invaded, sure the robber may be carrying a gun but unless he takes hostages......there is no threat provided someone doesn't try to be a hero. Banks have insurance, let em take the money and run. In the situation someone breaks into your home, that is f**king bold, that is ones personal space where the intruder doesn't have a specific "target" in mind, just grab as much valuables as they can and run.........OR you have sick f**ks that have every intention of harming someone, as they aren't invading a public place. Who's to say the intruder isn't a rapist or a murderer? Personal crimes should be punishable by vigilante justice without question as far as I'm concerned. If you break into someones home and they gut you like a pig, oh well tough $hit on you.

XP Boot disk won't help you here. Downloading FDISK online would still require the proper form of DOS to run it (FDISK will only run in DOS, you'd still need a boot floppy or bootable CD/USB Stick) No, formatting the drive from within Windows is impossible. Windows is running from that drive.

Try finding a boot disc online, or if you have a copy of Win98 use FDISK off that and clear the partitions.

Actually, I've noticed that XP discs, don't offer the format option if an existing XP install of any kind exists. You MUST delete the partition XP is on and create a new one. You can format over any other Windows install though.

And why the hell should I? They're breaking into MY home, that IS a threat on my life and my families life no matter their intentions. You do that to me, you ARE DEAD. End of story. I'm not risking losing my life by going at them with nothing but my fists, how the hell do I know what extreme they are willing to go to when they are bold enough to break into my home? Thought I'd give an update on this, as I FINALLY get a response from the Canadian Rep. Waiting on an RMA number, and it's going to cost me $25-$40 to RMA my card. Disgusting support and now I have to pay for a defective card to be replaced? I HIGHLY recommend none of you EVER buy a Sapphire product.

I'd like to participate, but sheesh the only lists I keep are for GC/PS2/XBOX so I can find a game in my CD case without digging. I'll come back with a list of retails for everything but PC.

Yes. you just need to select to format the partition when you go to install. I just switched from XP Pro to XP Pro 64 last weekend and didn't pay enough attention, I installed over the existing Windows partition without formatting and it kept all the user folders etc.

P.S. There is nothing wrong with socialized medicine. Why the hell should someone with lots of money get better treatment than someone who is poor? That's just bullshit. Some kid with a broken leg who's parents aren't well off has to either deal with it, or go to some charity hospital and wait for 12 hours, but someone with loads of money can walk in and pay and get quick/better treatment. Gas is under $3.00 a gallon on average in the US right now, it' $1.20 a litre here! That's almost $5.00 a gallon! 1/3 of US gasoline comes from Canada, and you pay less for it than we do. WTF
