CPS-3 Encryption Broken and Partially Emulated!
ken_cinder replied to iq_132's topic in Emulator Releases [/emu]
I'll stick to my Dreamcast, for the 4 out 6 games on this hardware available on it. None of which I even like (But that's irrelevant), and are certainly going to be a BIG waste of space on one's hard drive via CPS3 emulation. I'm VERY surprised anyone is even wasting their time emulating CPS3, what with only 6 games (3 of which are Street Fighter games), it has to be the record holding interchangeable platform with the lowest # of titles on it. Even the Hyper Neo-Geo 64 has more titles for it, and that thing BOMBED. Oh though don't get me wrong, kudos to the devs and good luck. -
Maybe Bethesda can do it justice, I thought 2 SUCKED.

Ok I'm up and running on my new PC, got my new x1650 Pro last night. As for the Crossfire thing, no, I don't require a master card. This thing smokes the pants off my P4, wowness!

Show me a car with a turbo, that requires no fossil fuel or electric engine in it. Same with a moped. I don't think this works quite the same way as a turbo either, turbo's work on the principle of cooled air being forced into the chamber, which when heated expands. The colder the air, the more you can expand it. This is what intercoolers are for on turbos.

How would you boost 1Emulation's forum/site activity?
ken_cinder replied to Alpha's topic in Suggestions Box [/feedback]
Ok, I've been meaning to contact Gamecop directly about this, but he's never on IRC or AIM when I am and I hate PMs for matters I'd prefer to "speak" about. I think we should have a "Repair Service" where the users of this site who have the know-how can offer up their services for a nominal fee, and the cost of any parts needed. I've recently repaired a users Dreamcast that was badly molested, and another user is to be sending his DS my way for screen repairs, I have offered my services to them for free as a means to build some credibility here. If we set up a section on the site where: 1: Users can register to offer their services, and be approved by the staff to offer them. 2: Users can browse a list of services offered by other users, and select someone to perform them. 3: Possibly have a ratings index on repairers as well as "portal sites" on 1Emu where they can post their work, including pictures, and people can leave comments and/or ratings. 4: Allowing for mod-chippers to offer their services, if this doesn't pose any sort of legal problem (Does it?) and allowing them to sell related products directly from their portal, such as pre-mods. I think a nominal fee for doing so, would also help 1Emu out. We would need to leave some room for competition of rates between people doing the work, but not allow any drastic charges (Such as charging $50 to fix a minor issue like a broken controller port) that would be bad publicity for 1Emulation.com. Rules need to be set with "standard rates" set in a given range so one repairer isn't drastically undercutting another. -
Ok, since there seems to be at least a few of us playing this game, how about a thread dedicated to it? We can list our chars, what server we're on etc. And maybe start a 1Emu guild. (I'm aware some of you are already part of a guild, that's fine)

That looks like some sort of prehistoric turtle........and I think the line spacing is 1.5. And a turtle with a 1 ton shell, that's one hella big turtle. lol
-
Yes, oddly enough, sea turtles can move faster on land than their land based counterparts. Guess them land lubber turtles be lazy!
-
Ok, what server are you playing on? Troy? I'll get on now and give you a hand if you like. Just meet me in Jangan near the temple.
-
I'd buy one! I'd be able to get to work, plug it in while I'm working, and go home........with no fuel cost! Oh and F**K the oil barons.

Axl, my views are entirely formed on my own. They are created based on every experience I've had in my life. If you are so naive as to believe everyone is like you, and cannot form their own opinions without being influenced, I feel sad for you. I have NEVER gone with the norm, nor have I ever followed a trend........religion being just a small part of that. If I was so heavily "influenced" like you seem to think, I'd have religious beliefs, as the entire rest of my family (On both sides) does. For you to think the way you do, shows just how narrow-minded you are. I don't care what others believe, and I'm not out to change their beliefs. Religion is not only something I don't care for, it's something that pisses me off, because from all corners of religion have I encountered nothing but forcefulness. It doesn't matter if you think you aren't trying to force your religion on someone, if they didn't ask and you are telling them about it and how wonderful it is, you ARE forcing it upon them. I've told every religious group that I've ever encountered, what I tell telemarketers.........PISS OFF, IF I WANTED WHAT YOU'RE SELLING, I'D COME TO YOU!

Not true, 1951, oscilloscope used to create a "tennis" game. Nothing interactive before that date. And the Magnavox Odyssey came out before Atari released Pong.

I call Shenanigans!

1: Track & Field (Came with the NES powerpad or whatever that thing was you stepped on, right?) 3: Michael Jackson's Moonwalker? (lolz) 5: This is a true matter of opinion. Involving a "computer" by dictionary definition? That would be "Spacewar" in 1961.

Take it as an insult if you will, I find the forced concept of religion to be an insult. I believe religious views should be personal, and should stay inside the walls of ones own home or say, a church. It has no place in public society, as not everyone has the same views, even within the same religion. And no, I'm no sheep, I believe what I want to believe, I don't conform to silly standards of "Atheism" and the views pinned on it.

Doh! Oops. I meant to give my answer to #4 then. And I change it anyway, because I'm 100% sure now. #4: Snake Rattle 'n Roll!

Not isometric. Isometric is like "top-down", usually on a bit of an angle to the playfield. I really shouldn't have answered Marble Madness, as it's not quite Isometric by definition. If it's not 100% Isometric, I'm going to guess "Zen: Intergalactic Ninja"

ok i'll bite, look at the bold part. i got the impression you were saying that those that follow a religon (like myself) are sheep. I was, big deal, my view on how religion is focused and to whom. But I did not say dumb, my statement of dumb as all the religious wars, those involved in religious wars ARE indeed dumb, such a stupid thing to fight over. And Ahmad89, any war fought over money or monetary items, with a guise of religion......is a farce. Think Ethiopia.

1: Duck Hunt 2: E.T. Atari 2600 3: Marble Madness?
-
1: That was me, not agozer 2: Go back and read, and read properly. DO NOT rearrange my words to suit your own thoughts.

Damn you, the only reason I know COMMANDER KEEN is from a level in Doom where he's hanging around the portal. lol

LOL, I guess Nes6502 just can't put his dev hands down. Whatever happened to 3.0 FINAL, and no more? No complaints here, I just find it funny.

Where do you base those numbers, and how? You completely missed Catholicism, encompassed by several variations which I'm SURE make up at least what Christian base do. And no, they are not one in the same. And is their some sort of registry, that people have to attach their name to, that gives us these numbers? I'm willing to bet those numbers are GROSSLY incorrect, and a good half of the world is Non-Adherent (Secular/Atheist/Irreligious/Agnostic/Nontheist) 1.1 billion or at the very least, follows no strict religion, but more than one religion or a mixture. Anyway, in the end, I think religion is nothing more than a control mechanism for most of you sheep out there to be handled. Religion needs to be removed from the face of the earth (No, not necessarily the people following them), like unions..... Be an individual, or be gone. Theres no reason you can't believe in something without it affecting ANYONE else in ANY way. All the religious wars going on in the world right now, make me believe even more that the vast majority of the human race is F**KING DUMB and we as a race are doomed.

Quite common for people to get their hands on things early. They don't just show up at the store magically on the day of....

Yeah, just too bad you can get a PSP for around the same price as a GP2x, and it does more than the GP2x does.
