  1. Nobody here with a recently built Crossfire setup? I'm surprised.
  2. A few different things to consider here. 1: Where are you from? Foundmy is in Canada, if you're not in Canada, shipping will take longer period, regardless of if you're even just over the border from them. Customs checks stuff leaving the country and coming into it and this takes time. 2: How did you pay? I don't know what payments they accept, but if paid with anything but a credit card or an immediate payment form (Paypal balance etc) it takes time to clear. 3: What kind of shipping option was used? 3 weeks isn't very long for an international shipment that is using anything but priority/express. Even Airmail takes a few weeks. You can't slam an online retailer without backing it up with some facts about your order. Email filters may be in effect on their server, so make sure you mail with a relevant subject. Servers also aren't magically up and running 24/7 365, crap happens.
  3. I don't even need to see the movie to know they royally screwed up the storyline. Can't say I care to see it. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and Transformers is where it's at anyway!
  4. Oh it's so pretty now and clean, and best of all it works very well (Can't fix broken+missing plastic components). Swapped the VGA H-Sync pin to the S-Video Chroma, so now theres just a lack of VGA support. And the controller port issue was nothing more than a blown resistor. I'd post pics, but now it just looks like any other Dreamcast.
  5. X-Arcade? F**K X-Arcade! Way overpriced for what they are, if you knew what the parts were worth and how much is actually involved, you could build one yourself for like 1/32 the cost. James, for $500 that cabinet is a STEAL (If it includes the monitor like the link Robert provided shows). A 29" dual mode monitor on it's own would cost you that much, if not more. You'll be able to run standard res to medium res games on it, unlike most monitors that only support standard 15.7khz to usually extended 16.5khz for that price range. I'd buy it.
  6. Fighting is for stupid people, there are better ways to solve things. Anyway, the last fight I got into involved 1 punch, and I knocked the guy out cold. Last punch I'll ever throw unless I need to defend myself.
  7. Are you kidding? I hope some big bad girls get their hands on her in county lockup and beat the crap out of her. I'm so tired of hearing about this skank that has celebrity status for absolutely no reason. Hell her only claim to fame, is a badly shot homemade porn.........go away Paris.
  8. I'd clone me a new body. Why? Because this one is aging and broken.
  9. Unfortunately, it would appear the controller ports daughterboard is dead. I swapped out the one from my Dreamcast, and things work fine, he'll have to foot the bill for another (If I can even find one). Here's some shots of it in pieces, and in action. Macro mode on my camera ain't all that great, closest shot I could get of my work on the AV port without it blurring. Missing a pin if you look closely, the Chroma for S-Video. Going to remove the VGA H-Sync pin and replace it with that. No VGA for you eleminator30, sorry.
  10. Hardcoreness! I ripped the AV/Serial port completely off the board, straightened all the pins perfectly and resoldered. Working Dreamcast, save for his other problem of previously having it not read discs (At least he thinks that because of no audio, but that was part in parcel of the AV port problem) I am, the FUXING MAN!
  11. Ok, his Dreamcast got here today, and I have to say........this is the most BADLY abused console I have EVER seen in my entire life. It looks like a bus had it's way with it. Anyway, I took a peek at the AV port, and lo and behold......every pin but 2 were bent and broken off at the motherboard. Underneath the pins in the port itself, sits a plastic retaining piece, this is broken off. I'm guessing the AV cord got ripped out of this thing at some point, and hardcore. I've managed to solder all the pins back on, but it's still not working for me. I'm going to have to take a closer look for any cold joints etc. I will post pictures when I'm done, the abuse this thing has suffered damn near makes me want to cry.
  12. I heard a rumor too, that some of our members play the skin flute. Anyone going to step up, and speak of your skills?
  13. I don't like sports that have no contact, especially when their rules are so flagrant. Basketball is a sissy sport (He pushed me, I get 2 free shots!) but I do enjoy playing it, just can't watch it. Baseball f**king sucks, can't say any more than that. Golf is a sport for drinking and crashing carts, nothing else. Hockey and football are where it's at, and I don't mean "soccer", I can't stand that sh!t.
  14. Corrupt image? Newer revision of the format? Like Discjuggler (What a POS, it can't recognize the structure of it's own CDI images, PERIOD), there may be newer revisions that are unsupported by older versions.
  15. Actually, American football used to have a whole lot more kicking involved. Players could drop kick the ball for points and do other foot related actions. Now, rules have been made against excessive kicking. CFL rules incorporate more kicking of the ball than NFL, but even though I'm Canadian I can't stand watching CFL games. 110 yard field that is narrower than the NFL, 1 more player and 1 less down. Single point, called a "Rouge" Also, the uprights in the CFL, are in the middle of the endzone. Whoever thought of that should be shot and pissed on. I played 3 years of HS football, and I never could understand that crap.
  16. I'd say one of the comments speaks volumes:
  17. Guy's, I'm a little confused with Crossfire at this point. Do I need a master card, or is it all done in software now? Can I go and buy a Sapphire Radeon x1600 Pro, and then add a second one......and I just enable crossfire in the control center? I've seen at least 3 different methods so far, and googling for help just confuses the f**k out of me. ATi's website is just as confusing too.
  18. Played the tenor sax in school, can play the drums a bit, and I tried learning guitar (Got a $350 electric guitar in my bedroom I've truly never used) but couldn't find the time or patience. My daughter likes it, so I'm keeping it for her when she's older.
  19. So the best option is to simply get the latest version of the emulators I want, then load up the roms? That sure takes the hassle out of it. I was thinking CDX was some sort of customized disc or something that I was stuck with. With certain emulators, namely Xport ones, commandline options can be fed...like launching a rom on startup. CDX could be given these, but it's really useless. The GUIs in the emulators are failry easy to use.
  20. Congrats, I wish we could have another one. My daughter turned 2 on the 27th.
  21. Sorry, wouldn't want to be if I was paid to be.
  22. Geez, i didnt mean to trigger your Rage. Just thought it would help, obviously it doesnt according to you. Sorry for trying to Help. No rage, just anyone with any knowledge of how the internet actually works, would realize just how bogus this program is.......and how much it should disappear from the face of the earth.
  23. Not another PeerGuardian fool......when will people realize, these organizations aren't going to make themselves obvious. PeerGuardian is BULLSH!T and a waste of time/resources. Many a time IPs have been traced back to end users, hell my IP was even on the list at one point and people using that piece of trash couldn't connect to my hub I ran. You think the RIAA tracks filesharing from IPs on the domain RIAA.ORG? Smarten the f**k up and lose that crappy soft.
  24. If you know you've done nothing wrong, and you can prove it. Fight it and counter-sue their asses off.
