I'm glad it's getting cold finally. Lots of things to look forward to during and when the holiday season is over. Gaming, price drops, Food, and other holiday shenanigans. Plus, you gotta love when it turns dark really early also. Winter rocks. Yes. I'm single for the holidays, and I do the somewhat the same routine each day, but hell I don't care.

I have switched between Boo, This one in different forms, and probably kirby in my avatar and signatures. I haven't changed mine in e awhile, and frankly, I get into this weird state where if I change my avatar, I start looking for new ones and then end up changing it again. So I rather just keep it as is.

They're slowly becoming obsolete probably because of video game systems and junk. The only popular things for arcades to have are those rip off ticket games, racing games, fighting games, and gun con games (I'm guessing to appeal to the younger generation). I'm glad to say that I still have a few local arcade aka family fun centers near me.

Only one I played was afterburner climax at a chuck e cheeses. (One token for gameplay which is a hell of a lot cheaper than the 1 buck per play I saw in another arcade) It was pretty fun and faithful to the old afterburner. I would play it again. I saw a HOTD 4 machine somewhere, but I didn't play it probably because it was a dollar per play. Unfortunately, most modern machines are like that now (HOTD 4, Time Crisis 4, etc).

Happy Halloween! I will enjoy the spoils after this holiday aka discounted candy.
