I'd also blame it on the ladies...they're not giving it up like they used too!! This poor chap has to cohort with cows after a hard night drinking!

Well....when it comes to business, the Japanese don't mind foreigners so much. It's just when they set foot on Japan soil that's the problem. The news show I was watching briefly mentioned the story and the anchor ended it with the statement that Howard Stringer doesn't speak Japanese....no kidding...I would have never guessed!!

I just got my OPM mag the day before yesterday. I played throught the demo and posted what I thought of the games in "What have you recently played" thread. Again...thanx GC. I thought my subscription would never come in. It certainly brightened my weekend!!

Yeah I just finished the one game I had remaining and am now the official winner. Now that's how the tournaments should go....quick and efficient. Although Sultan was a bit slow in getting around to it. Haha I didn't think the final showdown would be against Diso....nice score though. Very close.

My subscription to OPM finally *ugh* arrived. Thanks Gamecop...thought it would never happen. So I've been playing the demo. The playable games are: Shining Tears - It's kinda of cool..similar to Tales of Symphonia Tenchu: Fatal Shadows - This game was pretty solid. Only con was that it was dubbed....the voice cast was at least bearable, but for a game like this, you'll want the original voice cast, so if buying import. Definately worth a rent at least. Cold Winter - A decent FPS in my opinion, although I really don't play games in this genre so it doesn't mean much coming from me. But it keep me interested enough to finish the demo. Enthusia - A realistic driving game by Konami. A weird name for a game to boot, and there's a cheesy announer who say's "Enthusia at the start..in a kind of gay seductive voice. The game emphasis realisic physics for the cars...this is more of a sim for drivnig purists. Not that much of a fun game to play for us regular joes.

Good god....can they be so dense!! Ahhh!! You just read a few lines in and you already know what's coming, as the noob has aptly displayed. Why not go out and buy a DS you cheap bastard! Well...I guess the least I can do is send them to their graves when they come hither.. *points to custom title*

Hounds - Yoko Kanno

Well...I was tinkering around with my Mouse settings (still haven't been able to program my logitech mouse, although it works). For some reason, when I uninstalled the logictech mouse, my touchpad config got removed as well. Luckily I had a system restore from about a week and a half ago. In those instances Gryph, I think its useful. But I think it really depends on your computer and how its set up. I have a laptop with one drive...and I have a very simple setup as probably compared to your more complicted setup.

I find myself using this option a lot...since I'm tinkering around with uninstalling hardware etc. In any case, I just wanted to know, are updates to Virus protection affected by reverting to a previous restore point. Just yesterday I had found some nasty hijack trojans....but a little bit ago I used a restore point. Will the trojans still be removed? Also feel free to contribute anything else I should know about System Restore in regards to its effects on the system (aside from programs...those are not saved).

I happen to hold to top score for Robot Jump as well...lucky me. ^.^

Yeah....that's what Diso has reiterated in the past. I don't know how the Ibpro Arcade meshes with invision boards. But it seems to me that ibpro has to be reworked so that access to making tournaments can be given to members...does that make sense?? EDIT: Diso posted right before me. Obviously we can't have members accessing or editing scores. So does Ibpro Arcade have to be changed/updated or Invision?

As the topic description suggests, would this be possible in the future. It's kind of painstaking having to wait around for admins to create tournaments on the Arcade. I think allowing us to make them will make the Arcade more active and competitve.. And thanks Diso for making tourneys for us thus far.

Believe me....there are many I suck at, like Golden Arrow *ugghh*. I'm sure you guys can find plenty of games where I'd get taken to the cleaners..I mean there like 500+ games in the Arcade after all. But that won't matter unless Diso gets off his arse and makes some tourneys!!! Dude...is it possible to allow users to create them. Maybe I'll pitch that in the Ideas Forum.

Ummm...okay we can make an Albatross tourney. But I hold the top score for that as well. Unless I majorly screw up in my three tries (ill practice a bit on the Arcade...I'm kinda rusty), I will sweep that tourney as well.

I like your desktop icons....compliments your wallpaper very well. And they have a sleek futuristic look to them. Maybe I'll mess around with changing mine if I can find some decent ones.

Yeah well...I can't advance unless bubbawmu plays, seeing as we're matched up. I'll end up winning anyways...I don't even have to try.

That's all well and good for MS. But Sony hasn't gotten this far and successful as it has to worry about MS snagging some Japanese developers. The Xbox can't bank on a few Japanese games.... I think the more positive aspect of this development is that gamers who buy an xbox can enjoy some of the gameplay seen on the Playstation that MS hasn't really pursued much.
