The game graphics are in 2d, and they are very good one. First you satrt with Richter Belmont, from the Belmont vamp hunter famous house in a short level with Dracula as Boss, it is important to get a good perfromance since that will set your initilal stats. You play as Dracula´s son Alucard (if you read it backwards it is Dracula ) and you will have to go through the castle of you know who. The gameplay is smooth and you can perform many actions, you will learn vamp abilities that consume magic points which includessome magics and the ability to transform yourself into a wolf, a bat or mist, depending on your weapons you will be able to make up to two special moves that consume no MP. In addition you will get four familiars that will help you but you can only have one active, these familiars are a faerie, a skull, a demon, a vampire and a sword, when any of this familiars get to level 50 their abilities will increase and for example, with the sword familiar you wil be able to use it as your weapon and also to make a special attack. What it makes this game outstanging in the playability aspect is that the equipment you are wearing affects a lot to your char and according to where you are you will need change from ine piece of equipment to another and i not like the other games where you just wear the most expensive equipment until you get another even more expensive. Besides most of your eqipment you have to get it form your enemies and you can´t buy it so it is harder than just collecting enough money. The graphics are cool with some really good drawings and the suond is also cool. When you finished the game you are enabled to play as richter Belmont andit is a very difficult challenge, besides yu can´t use equipment like with alufcard and dialogs aren´t available for him, like it sort of got out of the final version but still can play iwth him ( to do it, after you finish the game with more than 95% start a new game and in the name input write RICHTER, easy, no?). i have played the game and it is gr8 very epic, and with gr8 gameplay features that reminds me a lot to matrix

hmmmmmmmph it is just a matter of time, be patient, i must confess i myself feel the same as could many times with n64 emus, when they say playable it should actually mean that you can play it ok, with very few glitches maybe and not that the emulator runs it at 2 fps, ok the emus are for free i agree with that but it is frustrating beacause it crushes all your expectations, when you get used you don´t pay much attention. BTW worng forum section i am moving this to n64 emu forum.

i was thining of buying an fx 5600 or 5700 ultra form msi, but i after i read about those probs with direct x i started to doubt, but it all seems like a soap opera since the fx cards weren´t tested with the latest drivers because valve people said they were on beta, i also read that the directx 9 hardware support of fx was bad buti dunno, imo the fx cards had the best relationship between quality and price and i still think they are the best option but i now have my doubts

that kinda error is common on mugen, it happens always, but oyu should be able to play it when the y/n options appears

Goal 92 is a bootleg of the game and has recently been released which is way cool but i have found some differences, the game has only 2 bgm and i thnk the original had much more, besides if i recall well there was a japan team or a korea team or both, and i don´t remember the spain team being present. Anyway it is cool to be able to play this game.

which vmware product? virtual center?, can you give some other info and between both the ones that already used them, which one do you guys prefer, and why? i am interesed in getting one and say goodbye to compability crap beseides i t looks like a good way to get started in linux without messing things up.

yeah use the frontend or just read a faq they are all over the web, try on mugen br for example and maybe on mugenguild, can´t rememer right now
