Xbox.com erased a flood of threads complaining about the new UI. I can understand cleaning up... but what I see is MASSIVE DISCONTENT about the new UI. The threads were in feedback and wish list... And they are gone. A sticky thread seems to be hijacked... lol I had to summarize but I put my word in too.

People are assholes.

These are just a few. I didnt take the time to scour the site, some songs I liked were no longer in MP3 format and I didnt want to bother. Most of these are alright, I can see how a few would be annoying to some. These here mainly have a chill ambient/newage thing going on. Aar aar aar aar arw Basically you need support. Glue takes more time, so screwing in some boards would be the most cost and time efficient way. Say you take the legs off, lay those two boards sideways and screw through them from the top down back into the legs like you thought. You may even run a small board between the 2 for added stability. Or wedge the boards between the legs like me and Cinder brought up, but Id go ahead and shoot some nails or screws through the legs to hold fast. I dont know exactly what your working with here, but you have some options.

Alright Ill nab it soon.

A friend is trying to talk me into watching Scott Pilgrim. What say you? I've read all that is stated here. Hipster garbage? I... dont like girl jeans on boys, let me just say that. Fuck it, perhaps Ill just Red Box it.
-
So it has play, its malleable? I envision a desk and the center bends down from the weight of the monitor as Cinder suggests. If so, Id not unscrew the legs, Id just make a brace that screws in. Looks like you were aiming to use the existing holes from the legs, youll need to work around that. You have the right idea with the braces, just bring them in or out a bit to miss the legs altogether. Or place them right between the legs. Removing them would just be a pain it the ass, along with the added height. You can either glue or nail/screw them in place. If you glue, youll need to place something heavy on it to secure it. Edit: well thinking about it, if you were to lay the 2x4 sideways, and use longer screws... That would work I guess. Im not liking the added height, but thinking about that... it may be less of a hastle. As Emsley says though, this depends on the condition of the screw holes left in the legs. If they are shot, what I first said, if they are good, longer screws would be fine. And no, no 10 screws. Screwing through the boards will make less fail points. It will be sturdier.

Yep, we know Cinder. I only use the <> and so on if I got the first 3 wrong. I can figure out the password usually quicker than erasing all the duds. Usually ~15 seconds. Vendors replenish after 3 days. Have you tried to waiting for days? The place I used to stash is the appt in Novac. Yea everyone instantly knows when shit happens, like when Im hidden/invisible, walk by someone and they say "Thats the guy who killed Caesar" even though im still hidden. Its all weird, as Im still vilified by powder gangers but they are green to me. Weird. Upgrade on location of that gun Emsley. Sunset Sarsaparilla factory is almost exactly west of NewVegas. Still in city streets though. Soon as you enter the main door, take immediate right door, kinda straight to the room with the collapsed roof. Go up to 2nd floor. Follow hall down on second floor and you know the rest.

Well they got to pay the bills somehow.

Navigation needs tweaking, I do not mind the flat interface, as opposed to stuff further on the list showing up in a skew angle, giving it depth. I do mind however, the sterile white. WTF! On top of that the angles of the blades/menus are 90 degrees. It just feels and looks like shit. The need to update it with some options to customize the blades. Shapes and textures/colors:gradients. That is NOT too much to ask. It is not hard at all and would take NO time to get that implemented.
-
UNBRIDLED HATE!!! Well... I really despise it. It sux
-
Im drained. I just ranted on the Xbox forum and I havnt the motivation to type all my issues. It just plain sucks. Arid sterile white blades with NO options to customize it. Annoying clackity sounds while navigating. Flat panels with no depth... I havent checked netflix but I think I will be even more disappointed than I already am. Why the FUCK would they not have the ability to customize the blades? Why did they ever remove that option. They had brushed aluminum and all sorts of other textures. Now... just white. Not even gray scale edges... white... just like this fucking box Im typing into right now. What the fuck. Someone needs to be fired. They better patch this bullshit with options. Damn it...

Sunset Sarsaparilla factory. S/W of New Vegas. Go through the front door, through the double doors and take a right. Another right then immediate left, you come to a room with the ceiling caved in, in the center of the room. Climb this rubble and travel south I believe to a room with a small hole in the floor. Easily identifiable by a safe right next to the hole. Anyway, drop down, go through the door and there is a dead dude holding the gun. Grabbing the holodisk is what finishes a quest so in grabbing it, you may brake the quest. Just sayin'

After I submitted that I realized how silly that request was. Meh Besides, I should be able to find something... not that im worried about it.

Well this game definitely makes it to where you cant have everything. I hate the notion of not putting points into guns, but next playthrough I will either focus on Energy or melee. Energy has shit like Corona, add damage and crit bonus, stuff like that. Ammo is scarce, but if your good at caravan and can keep the vendor stocked with supplies (No-Vac Dinosaur dude) he should be able to replenish his funds, which means he will have enough to bet high. He still has the same old crap I sold him a week ago though... not sure how that works. Or you can collect ant nectar and other stuff that sells high, rest 3 days, then repeat. But with the funds you can keep supplied. Next playthrough I will get my repair to 90 so I can get that one perk where you can repair anything with something similar. The weapons I like to use are not very common... at all. Anti material rifle, some unique plasma rifle I got, shoots 3 shots... fucking destroys, Assault shotgun or whatever its called. That'll work great. Ill have survival on my hardcore playthrough for sure. I beat it and am wrapping up loose ends (achievements) Found the "pew pew" laser gun. Thing is pretty strong for something you can just go and get very easily. Ill definitely grab it right off the bat on my next play. Also, where you get it there are a bunch of boxes with an average of 150 caps in each. That'll be a huge help at the beginning of the game. I said earlier I randomly choose passwords during hacking then back out if im wrong, but Ive gotten pretty good at it and its quicker just figuring it out on the spot. Best tip, look at the suffixes. ing and stuff like that. If a word with ING as the suffix has less than 3 correct, obviously the word wont end with that suffix. If its 3 or more correct is safe to assume your on the right track. Look at the letters of corresponding words and go from there. Usually you should get the password by the 3rd try.

Dammit, I really need a girlfriend this season...

Well, dog parks are perfect but I dont know how common they are around you. Here in the states, there are countless numbers. Solidius does make a point. If you act like this, it is safe to assume this is a factor in why you havnt one now. You have to take life by the horns and wrestle it to the ground. LOL Find a girl who likes that shit and your set! But really, having a girl appear out of no-where is not likely, you at least have to put some effort in. Be it being at the right place at the right time, actively looking or whatever. Equivalent exchange. Teach it tricks. Look up how if you need to, but a puppy with a few tricks will surely help. But walking a puppy in the cold... you may not find so many girls in that weather, but Im not from around there. Work it out Break a leg. -
Well you were saying "putting thought" into your character. I recommend energy weapons. There are alot of perks, even one that you unlock after you do x ammt of damage over time. I say, that energy weapons got got the unfair advantage in this game. I hit 30. I hit over 90 hours. I hit hard. Just for kicks, ED-E carries an assortment of weapons that I can just grab at any time. Missile launcher, gatling gun, Gauss Rifle, Flame thrower, grenade machinegun you name it. Veronica runs around with a ballistic fist and I just blast everything in sight.
-
Gatling Laser rapes... but devours your ammo. It only seems viable if you have a ton of dudes you just wanna wash over. Using a grenade rifle is much more cost effective though. Even if you dont put points into explosives. Speaking of which, I did. It sounds like a waist of time but I absolutely destroy with explosives. I once got a sneak crit with my uber grenade rifle and 4 people blew to bits. Arms and legs everywhere. I didnt get the extra range perk but whatever. Next playthrough is going to be better, Energy weapon perks are sick, as well as melee perks.

First was 2 on 2? Damn... shows how old that game is... and how old Im getting for forgetting. LOL Yea the only way I can see 1 on 3 and working, is if they borrowed the SNK vs Cap system, and thats not gonna happen... if it did, that'd be bad ass.
-
I could be wrong, but I hear there are 2 ways to get the training. I believe the other one may be from the previous Elder but I have no idea, this is off the top of my head. Yea the game is bugged out. I had to turn my shit off and go to work... In 3 hours yesterday I had issues like corrupted a save file, speech challenge issue while completing Veronicas quest, and also her not moving: she just stood there. Old repeat bugs from 3, like pip boy screen that glows neon green so you cant see it, getting stuck in vats, and not being able to target the head. Time to get back on it. I have an entire Vault filled with Fiends that need to be exterminated... again. Damn save file. This time Im repairing the Gatling Laser to see how quick this can be done. With the mods its pretty sweet.

Just remember Akihiro, not all kids require a tan hide. It depends on personality. Also, it depends on how far you let your kids get away with stuff. Sandwiches in the VCR... hahaha -
Ya know, I've never seen the Jonas brothers before... What a bunch of fags!

A quick explanation. Obviously a 1st/3rd person shooter that is based on RPG skills. You can pick up a gun but if your skill sucks so does your damage and ability to hit the target. It has quests that often rely on particular skills, not to complete the quest, but get the most out of it. For instance having a high speech allows for negotiation or talking someone into/out of something and so on. The game is like a 50's style futuristic setting. As in imagine what people in the 50's thought the future would look like. Anyway, it post apocalyptic and the world is fucked. There were bunkers known as vaults and instead of safe havens, most were sick experiments gone wrong. The story and setting often explore the human condition and how others perceive what is right/wrong or how far someone will go, good or bad. In this setting you can do whatever it is you wish. Often quests give you options to go one way or another. Some are harder decisions, like seal the reactor core and save a farm (which is hard to maintain in this world) or the opposite and save a group of people who are trapped in the reactor core, irrevocably damaging the crops. Anyway, yea... There are all types of things going on, weird people. You sound like you saw a goul. They are those who were twisted by radiation and look like zombies. Then there are supermutants, which were created. Then you have a bunch of people, either vault dwellers or tribals... or anything in between. Plenty of factions, all vieing for what little is left of the wasteland. Be it an untainted water supply or a damn that generates energy. Good fun if you ask me.
