  1. Well it does look interesting. All Kung Foo oriented.
  2. Sure, check back in 3+ months when it's actually out on DVD, otherwise any DVD rip IS a screener. What do you mean by screener? Cam?
  3. Yes and no. I have NO love for old school... as the episodes were ALL based about Kirk. Sets were aged and ugly... But the movie looks like a total re-immagining. I like Syler as spock, thats a good fit. Then you see Harold as Sulu, Sean of the dead as Scotty. I'm interested, but only from watching the trailers, not from a fanaticism.
  4. Hahahaha. I appreciate it then. Besides... there are other, more diserving shows that need bashing over ST.
  5. I don't agree... totally. T'pol is Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine. She is, but for real... they had a good cast, and decent stories. They could have used somemore seasons... but they always cancel the good sh!t. Id have to agree, Voyager DID get it done. Like all series, it started out kinda slow. But as soon as they dropped that zombie flesh virus nonesense, the show really picked up. Now DSN had way too many boring ass episodes... yea yea I'll still watch it, but they had way too much filler, and not enough driving story, or at least something actually interesting.
  6. That's how I feel about Cod4, no plan just go solo and you can practically win the match with a one man army. It's rare to see people working together for a common goal, usually you see more of those in Halo surprisingly. I've been trying to level up in Gears 2 and so far it's pretty fun. I agree that the kill satisfaction is there, but most of the time I still see some of the old Gears 1 exploits in multiplayer (usually dealing with the shotgun). These exploits aren't hard to counter, it's just that they still work. However Horde usually holds me over whenever I get on a losing streak hit me up whenever you guys are playing gears 2. Well the games tempo always changes, also it changes by who your playing with/against. As for me, I'ma floater. I somehow end up where it's needed, Either starting off an asault, or following up a flank, or just going at it solo. And by my calc. If I am holding 2 guys by myself, my teammates are outnumbering the other opponents. But I usually use quick on the fly tactics to route the enemy. You guys say you don't see this as plausable, but I tell you, if we were to get alot of multi time in, we would start to accentuate each other. I would play for many many hours at a time. And Id get into a groove. On Gridlock, if someone is handeling some guys, I'll flank on my own without saying something until I'm already moving. Its not like I'm posting up and hiding. The tactics I refer to are just on the fly. I just hate when I play with ppl who don't communicate... It's often about knowing whats happening without actually seeing it.
  7. Ha... To the contrary... my friend just got done telling me how he likes all the BS games that come out of the woodwork an various sites.
  8. Uhhhhhh Wow... And I thought they couldn't make tetris boring.
  9. YA know thats what my buddy said... but still, Its the Transformers boy. I can't see him as an adult. Looks like he isn't old enough to vote.
  10. Hey! that's my right as a gamer! anyways I gave up on Gears1 during the first underground mission, where it's all yellow goo everywhere. multiplayer was as I said, get killed right off the bat then wait forever to do it all again. I don't get how you are supposed to learn a game like that. Gears2 I never even tried MP since 1 left such a bad taste in my mouth, the single player seemed like more of the same. I'm not big on cover heavy games. I'm a run-n-gunner. Well the single player game is... whatever... I see it as more of a practice run to figure the game out. If I had a 360, Id MAKE you play with me. I guarantee you would like it... but actually I have no real idea of what you ultimately like. In multi, say you get a team of us in here from 1emu, and let everyone get good and warmed up, you would enjoy the game. Id have to agree as when you get a good feel for the game, when you pull something off, it does feel quite rewarding. I feel as if I am not doing the game justice in my discription. If only I can word it better. Depending on your team adds tremendous gameplay. Even if I fail... I'll come back the next round, and be quite motivated in sending some active reload up their nose. Watching your 6 as you go up the stairs or what-have-you. Posting up behind pillars and whatever. Calling out to you what I see... and formulateing a quick plan as the battle unfolds realtime. It is so tactical... I love the sh!t out of it. I like it that much more because I am so accustomed to Unreal Tournament and the like... 1 man army games.
  11. Thats what I was saying!!! I looked much older than that in middle school. This kid looks 4th grade. Say... say he is or was 12. I remember being 12... I remember not being as... "grown" as I am now, that ogre chick musthave been quite desperate for, anything I suppose. But then again, kid ant the father. The possibilities pain my mind. That article is funny too, didja see some of the search prefixes at the top.... baby prevention, be thankful, cheating, fail, free as a bird, goodness gracious, kids, ogres, run alfie -- run like wind!, run for your life!, running, safe, where do babies come from?, whore of a hobag, you are not the father!
  12. What................................. I have no idea where to begin........... ok ok ok. All I'll say at this time... is... I wasnt having sex at 12, wtf!
  13. Oh? Well it's true I don't know him... I only remember seeing him when I first joined.
  14. Cominus(21) I haven't seen this guy on in ages...
  15. No other game has better "kill satisfaction" then Gears. by "kill satisfaction" do you mean loading a multiplayer game, getting killed in 45 seconds then waiting 15 minutes to get back in? I really enjoy the game. There is something about the balance. Perhaps I am just an (EPIC) fan... but Gears really does it for me. Once you really get the hang of the game, and get on with a group that knows how to act as a team... the game just gets it done. Of course im talking about multiplayer Don't get all sarcastic because you suck!!! No but really... When I get the feel for the game... nothing is quite as nice as when you really have a good battle. GodPigeon is right... making a difference in a battle feels great... as you really gotta work for it. But there have been times though... that the game wasnt fun... but that was when I played against ass hats, or was in a team of them. Id say... get on with some of us in here. Too bad I don't have a 360 yet...
  16. Yea... we were just waiting for more relevant SF comments. flock all of this... all I know, is my buddy is seriously dangerous with Gief. Thats just to those who think he is not special. Yes there are ways you MUST play against him or you die... but the same can be said for peoples individual styles. As for experience... I am 30, but my SF technique is always real rusty... But when I get in enough play, and can hit the zone more and more often.... I will ruin fools, but it has nothing to do with my age, or my overall experience. To imply that skill is one tiny truth is ridiculous. It is a series of truths that create a web... much like the world works, or thought. I still refrain from this nonsense, save this tidbit. But whatever... We need to get some matches started and have gameplay be used instead of talking.
  17. Final attomic yoga tatsumaki king size hadoken? Oh wait... what was the topic again? I can't remember...
  18. Come now... you should be able to have more fact available!!! It could be anything from what you have said Fatal.
  19. I totally understand preference. But there is something about the ST world that sticks to me... more-so than Star Wars... but thats Lucas' fault. The way it's set up... you can have an endless list of episode possibilities too. I wonder why I like it so much...
