Alright people... 360 games... including marketplace games. Tell me what you like on either... I need some recommendations for an awesome gaming experience here. eventually... I will have Gears of War 2 Fallout 3 Soul Calibur 4 Force Unleashed Tekken UT3 Bionic Commando Armored Core 4 (and/or the new one) Castle Crashers Geometry Wars 2 Bionic Commando Rearmed SFHD Remix Games I will never ever have Braid Geometry Wars (retro advanced) Castlevania SOTN (I already own the original) There are other games I want... but I cant recall them, perhaps with some input from you guys... I can get a decent wish list going!

Me too Havent got it yet. Still have yet to get my sh!t out of hock. That'll be 1 1/2 weeks. then another month till I can get it I suppose. Why is it a ripoff? 256MB of disk space / no headset / no network cable Now I have a new problem. Olaf made a thread about posting the new avatars. Well I tried to sign on the computer... but I cannot. My Ex-friend registered my account when I was at work... That was years ago. I cant for the life of me remember the email for my account. Spoke to tech support, they told me to sign on to my account and then go to my personal settings. Well I tried that today, and I couldn't sign in. So now... how the hell am I supposed to sign in... or transfer my profile onto my xbox when I buy one. I'm gong to have to pull teeth to get this ironed out.

Alright then. Looks like that is settled. Thanks. Looks like I gotta get $360 for my 360. huh... $110 for another game and gold membership. Now I gotta start a wish list of games...

Hmmm. Looks like I will just get the 60 GB. I figure I wont install games. Even the music I want to have on it wont take up much space at all. Save myself 100 dollars. Besides... it will mean I get my 360 sooner. I really don't see much of an improvement in loading times, save a few in startup times. For now that is. A few seconds here and there... Why the hell would I install every game I have anyway??? So your saying DLC is a few MB here or there? I'll take a second to see how the marketplace games work. Size and all that.

Now I really don't mind loading screens too much. I suppose it would come in handy for games like Fallout 3 though. Has anyone here installed a game yet? How are you liking it? Ahhhh just did alittle research. Source: Kotaku So I'm looking at a few games load time tests from other sites. Looks like in game loading on current games only saves a few seconds. Apparently, installing mainly improves startup time and the noise from the disk spinning so much. Game Spot All the load times in game were extremely nominal. Perhaps a few seconds. And who knows what games are actually taking advantage of this functionality. I can assume it will get better, but is a few seconds here and there worth it? Noise? I don't give a damn about the noise. I've heard it, and now I don't even notice it. Other than that ( with the limited game functionality in mind )... I cannot for the life of me think of how else I would fill up the HDD. OK... Say I install Fallout 3... and I play the sh!t out of it. Then down the road I start installing other games and I begin to run out of space. So I uninstall Fallout 3. Rinse and repeat... What if I begin to make a mess of my HDD. I assume there is no defragment function lol. If I am installing/uninstalling over time, will I make swiss cheese out of my hard drive? I am like the only Guy I know who doesn't b!tch about loading screens. I am patent. But say I install games. I do play alot of games. How much time can I really save? Installing a game takes some time. 6 - 10 min. I could go do something else. But on a daily basis... What do I save... 2 min? Id say I have sat through well over a month of load time in my days as a gamer. (I'm 30) is saving 2 min a day worth 100 dollars... Hmmmmm

Indeed. I planned on it, just forgot to write about that too. Thanks though. I can't imagine why some would not buy the battery packs... I have a friend who just doesn't buy them. The weirdest kinda cheap guy. Cheap and lazy. If he would just buy them, heed save some coin. And saving money is why he didn't buy them in the first place... not the brightest guy.

Ok sure I already hated this game before I saw footage. But damned if I wasnt right... garbage. And the worst thing??? Batman would NEVER throw attacks that lame. Batman is a badass. Why the hell would he throw those silly looking forearm attacks. The man is sleek. Much unlike this adaptation. The moves for MK have always looked retarded. Like they had corncobs up the rear. I cant put my finger on it, as I believe there are too many horrible things about MK games... but I don't even want to see this game with my own eyes. Sure I'm hating on it. And sure you don't need to hear my input... but ca-mon.... really... Oh yea... flash doesn't move right either....

Soon enough I will finally have my 360. ( that is my wish ) So I am doing my research. 360 $300 60 GB Off White 360 Elite $400 120 GB HDMI Cable Black (yeaaaa) Looks like I'll get a couple of games with either. Kung Foo Panda and Lego Indiana Jones ... Meh 100 extra dollars. Double the Harddrive. HDMI Cable. AND well... it's black, thats hot. I suppose that is worth it. Now I, like all of us, play alot of games... but is 120 GB even worth it? How much DLC can one man have? I know I'll put on a decent selection of music too. What else... Marketplace games go on the HD as well right... Themes... what else am I forgetting or missing. I wonder if 120 GB will actually be beneficial to me. I imagine everything 360 manufactured as of now has the falcon chipset. Anyone here have the Falcon Chipset? Any issues? A couple of my friends have 'em, and they have had no problems. In the longrun 120 GB will work out. HDMI Cables and the sucker is black. Sounds like a solid choice. $460 if I don't get a gold right off and one game. In that case, not having gold, Id get Fallout 3. I'm really thinking about getting this Elite now. But I'm still not sold. it's been a long time coming. I need a 360. Not having one is practically shameful.

Something I noticed tonight while watching my buddy play... he is at 20, and during the loading screens, it has the progress bar from 20 to 21. Will they raise the cap?

I liked Morrowind but hated Oblivion. I only played Fallout 2 but absolutely loved it. (played it for the first time like 6 months ago) now I am going to get this game regardless... but I wonder... will I be driving to Bethesda with a Super Sledge sitting in the back seat? Im pretty used to being disappointed with games. I have yet to see the perfect game, but honestly... the further we get the lamer the games become. It takes alot of time to work out a game... and they have deadlines and promises to keep, share holders to appease. So even if they got the perfect writing, ai etc... would they have the time? I am getting sick... of expecting sh!t games. I know it's opinion... but camon... excite me damnit!

I too have been very busy. Work is going great! But I am still working on organizing all my belongings. (I just moved... again) I am now going to a wellness chiropractor and starting to work out... I will soon be training again (MMA) and taking up yoga and Tai Chi... I gotta go again.... I am quite busy.... later all
