  1. Hey thanks man. CAKE!?!?!? Ha every year, my mom makes me cheesecake. That is my birthday cake. One year, I got 3. I at the first one straight out of the pan.
  2. Pebbles with your mind? Thats a good start! When I do push ups... I'm actually benching the earth. And that's just my warmup.
  3. Hell yea! Get the bag going... then if the time comes... name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>"> name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">
  4. Well if you are really interested. You can build a support and have it out in the yard. I used an old wooden swing set we had at my last house. worked perfectly. But when I get a house... I'm going to build something specifically for it. Basically a post in the ground... anchored by cement, and have an arm affixed at the top.
  5. Well I tell you what... It was real addictive! Lol shadow boxing... yea. But I don't hit things like I used to... not after I got mad, and got a boxers fracture. Well I remember sweating my ass off. Sweat stinging my eyes, totally drenched. Well, the endorphins... I felt amazing. Wish I had a house... All I can do is find a nearby gym.
  6. Happy Birthday INDEED!!!! I got the job. I now am a white collar lackey. But this is the job I have literally quested for. Best present I could get... a good paying job. And thanks for your wishes.
  7. Ok... I'm a Mesomorph and I am just over 220 LBS. / 100 Kg/ or 15 stones. I actually have some fat on me though... but that doesn't mean I'm not mesomorphic. I always look big and somewhat muscular... even though my muscles are sooooooft as hell right now. My thing is I need to primarily focus on speed and endurance... as I do not want to become slow with bulk. I have narrow joints, so that helps with my speed. I notice though... when I watch heavy weight fighters... they run out of steam after the 3rd round. This does NOT include MMA... as those guys are TRUE athletes! But with extra size comes extra energy requirements. This is why I want to focus on endurance. But I still seem to refuse to exercise. I always come up with something else to do. I need to get jogging. You see, this is Florida... and it never really gets (cold). So now is the perfect time to start jogging. I tell you what. This is a fantastic addition to any work out, a punching bag. I tell you what, if you can get access to one, get on it. If you have a house, make a place to hang one. It is a major workout, I at one point was punching it for about 3 hours at a time. I suggest learning how to throw punches and kicks though... as if you are doing it properly, you not only drill the right way to do it, but you get a more extensive workout... I see alot of people hitting it like a sissy. You got to get behind every punch. It's like snapping a chain. Just as Bruce Lee described it... your weight shifts in the legs, immediately after that, your hip twists, then your upper torso continues the rotation, then your arms extend, then your hands tighten. It is exactly like a chain whipping. Once it connects... you can feel the power behind the punch. Of course all these chained movements happen almost simultaneously, I just describe how to achieve the desired effect. I just feel punching on a bag like a wus is no benefit at all. But yea... I need to get on it. Aki.. I thought you lost significant weight from cinders ideals. Don't you jog an hour a day? If you stopped... you might consider getting back on it. Exercise that is... something, anything. But what can I say... I'm a lazzy ass. Emsley, perhaps you might consider switching your routine. Changing it up might help if it has become monotonous. AND a change in routine will shock your system, and promote further gain, as your muscles are not accustomed to whatever is not the norm. Body building 101.
  8. Fumanchu, Fatal, Inky and Agozer, thank you! L.S.D. your a punk Well I have an interview in just under 2 hours... So I gotta get ready. Wish me luck everyone! Not that I need it, but things have gotten hairy. I am gonna knock 'em dead though.
  9. It looked like that when I was 17! Shaved it though. Trying to get a job...
  10. Oh really? Hmmm. I am wondering what gave you that impression!
  11. Oh thats right.... your already in tomorrow! Well pal... I'm still 29! Don't try and take that away from me! I got just under 4 hours of 20 something left. Oh... and thank you.
  12. OK OK.... registering is moot. And all it does in give us a ridiculous roster of non active members... I sometimes search, and see guys who haven't been on since 04... It is pointless. So registering them is rather pointless. In fact... it is a negative, as it wastes memory. And as you say, some material is fairly generic. Hmmmm. What is the standings on this. Is there a legitimate reason for it to be this way? Id rather see members who join willingly. (no... I am not going back on what I said previously, I was just saying) I see people join daily, but for no reason other than this one here apparently. Who wants a list of inactive members?
  13. Well... perhaps they should make it into a HUD instead... since it's so small... Then maybe I'd buy one....
  14. Wow I had no idea the list was so large! Huh... some of those I have never heard of! Guess I'm not a big a fan as I thought I was. I actually want to get a Saturn, now I have more than 1 reason.
  15. But still......... I realize that we have a ton of members who have zero posts... I guess registering is a worthless middleman, but what else can we do? Let people suck up our resources for nothing? Information is free, but time IS money. It took some time for me to have what I have. I can only imagine how valuable everyone eases time is worth. Advice... software... Besides... this site is awesome... who wouldn't want to be a part of it???
  16. Yeah, good idea. Then anyone can come and leech from us without even having to make a single post Haha I didn't want to say anything... but I see I'm not alone. Time is money... Registering is a small price to pay, if one is to use our resources.
  17. Wow... it's amazing how detailed that game looks graphically. And yea... that RRoD level is pretty funny. ...... roflcopter!? hilarious. I actually want to see this game now.
  18. Wow, your bike is pretty light. Yea yea I remember the story... I know you were nipple surfing... and I knew you didn't come close to going under any car or anything. I thought his insurance was void..? Well that's good! Now what are you driving? Are you sharing a car with the misses? I can only imagine this scenario on an exoskeleton bike. ROFL. At least on a bike, you start on top of it... could you imagine being UNDER the bike like this "Deus Ex" has you?!?!?! Snap an arm off, and then your pinned under the bulk while it uses your flesh as a brake... Fun!
  19. Ahhh but you did almost drive it under that car..... by the way, hows that going?
  20. I have always hated MK. But I will give this a whirl, and expect to dislike it. The MK games have always been lacking, animation/ overall gameplay. Hell, Killer Instinct was a more rounded game. I'm sure this will blow past installments out of the water, but they are still coming from a .... bad background. Meh...
  21. Coffee? Tea? SEGA?! No thank you... I'm good.
  22. Yea I just played alittle more Demons Crest. The art is pretty cool. I am real early in the game... just a few skills or whatever... but I notice the bosses take some effort. Not that they're hard... but they can flock you up. I am currently taking screen shots, for my photoshopping projects. Like I said... the game is not only awesome... it looks bad ass. I am impressed. I think XBA needs a remade version!!!!!!!!
  23. Demons Crest: SNES... I can't believe I have never played this! This game is bad ass!!!
  24. I do not know... really... but I'm fairly certain they will not allow you to switch back to the old dash. Their new marketing strategy focuses on things that the new dash incorporates. The avatars... the chatrooms, which allow one to invite someone to play a marketplace game from their list... even if the guest does not own that game. So I'm sticking with no for the dash question.
