Why the heck did you tell her that genius? What's better - a gift collecting dust since it's honestly not wanted or needed by the recipient or it being put to use by someone else? I don't go as far as asking myself that, but it is my mindset.

I didn't really go out to buy gifts this year, instead I gave my sister and mother money to buy gifts for me and it worked out really well. I helped pay for a bunch of expensive bags/purses, gift cards so my nephew could download songs (he doesn't know about pirating), Starbucks stuff for my aunts, and I forgot what else I helped out with. I have gifts for my friends, it's just a matter of chilling with them. Probably Friday night or something. I didn't ask for anything this year but I still got some pretty cool stuff. I got some pants and nice shirts from Express, a really nice Calvin Klein shirt, money, $100 gift card to Circuit City and candy and some movie with Jamie Foxx. I'm feeling a little guilty, though... my mom got me this stereo/alarm clock thing for my iPod. I asked her if there was anyone else she could give it to since I don't need it and I think she got a little upset. Blah.

I finally got out of work! They had me at Starbucks today... I requested that since I didn't want to work service booth/returns or stock. It was sweet, I only work Starbucks once every other week and I still got candies and stuff from coworkers.

I've decided against the male organ pump since I'm buying a bottle of Grey Goose for the new bar in his garage. The worst gift I received was a pair of panties. It was so embarrassing... I knew last year I should have done the gag gift to my in law but whatevs. Besides that my mother got me a bunch of button ups that I thought looked horrible. Plus they were way too big. I got a gift card and left the store pissed since I hate JC Penny with a passion.

Hopefully they don't flock this up. Imagine free roaming through the city... whoa.

Well this is good news Peter Jackson is amazing, and I love his film adaptation of LOTR.

From what I've read they're not going to explain him at all. He doesn't have any real history anyway, he's said himself that his memories could just be made up. I know they did a run on his origins recently, but I heard it wasn't that great at all. Anyways, there's another villain that's going to be in the film besides the Scarecrow's confirmed tiny role. Surprised no one has mentioned him. And BK - I hope you're wrong. In the previews it doesn't look like or remind me of Heath Ledger the mainstream actor in any way, so there's a small relief... guess we'll find out when the movie comes out.
