No, you can't. The NES and SNES are completely different systems, and not even remotely similar. ZSNES emulates the SNES, and only that. Whoever made you believe otherwise should be punched in the face repeatedly.

Final Fantasy II is certainly not as bad as you make it sound. Yes, the battle system doesn't sit well with the majority of gamers, but the system is easily abused. The storyline isn't bad either, considering the overall standard of storytelling at the time.

Probably some of the arcade titles running on 3Dfx hardware. Check the most recent MAME changelogs and you'll see them mentioning several titles.

I can't say this clrealy enough, don't bother with any other PSX emulator other than ePSXe, pSX, or PSXEven. Note that many emulators do not have full Vista support. This is especially true for emulators that haven't been updated in ages. While they might work, they can also exhibit strange issues, like you already mentioned.

Download the installer package instead.

OProbably a tie betweent Pit Fighter and Captain Novolin. I played both because I was curious enough to try and find out why these two games are often mentioned along with E.T. when talking about really abysmal games. Although I have to say that Captain Novolin is so bad that it's hilarious, whereas Pit Fighter and E.T. are just self-torture

It's a problem with nullDC itself, although some sound hardware configuration have it much worse than others. The static usually gets worse over time, and it's more prevalent in certain games (at least that's what my own experiments have led me to believe). Wait for the next version. It won't be too long a wait anyways.

If you have money to spare and you already have a DS, yeah, get a PSP. The library of games is blatantly weak, much like the PS3, with only a handful of titles worth looking into. Not much going for a console if the majority of the game library consists of rehashes of old games or some kind of compilation of old games; again, much like the PS3, the system desperately needs high-quality exclusive titles.. And those it doesn't have really, save Loco Roco perhaps. Kind of ironic that the PSP enjoys a much larger library of games in Japan (while many of those are ports, they are still damn good ports) loyts of different games, Sony is always being a hardass about releasing games overseas unless the ports contains significant amount of new content + they always make the assumption that certain games are just "too japanese" to ever be a big hit in the US or Europe.

The converter needs to support analog as is for the analog to work at all. A program rarely does that for you, unless we are talking about the converter's own drivers and software.

Any mid-range card and up will do, starting from ATI's Radeons or Nvidia GeForce 5xxx. Hell even GeForce 4's will do. Radeons tend to fare better on average, though. It doesn't really matter which card, as it only need to support hardware Transform & Lighting well. if you want to a good overal card for just emulation, go with Radeons 9xxx and up or GeForce 5xxx and up.
