Daemon Tools emulates [many] CD/DVD drives. CloneCD (Alcohol too?) can create CDI files from discs. Read: Mount a CD image in DT and then create a CD image like you nomally would.

People don't bother making FAQ that have more than just text because it's time consuming to do, and most people just go to GameFAQs anyway. Blame the author for not explaining things better, or blame yourself for not understanding what the author want the player to do. So you've talked tot the old man, and he says something. MAME's "original" encrypted set doesn't have these file, only 265-v1.bin and 265-v2.bin, both 8,388,608 bytes each. For some stupid reason MAME32K apparently wants the non-MAME version of KOF2002. You won't find this set on any sites that offer just basic MAME Neo-Geo sets. Besides, MAME32K is so old that it's no wonder that it lacks proper romset support.

The PC version has been out for ages now, but it's buggy as hell, even after patching the game. It's an ok enough a game if you get lucky enough not to see the game crashing in certain spots.

I honestly didn't think this collection would be so badly executed from a technical standpoint. I'm very interested in metal Slug 6, but I sure won't be getting a PSP just for this collection. If only Ignition would port MS6 and give to the PS2 PAL people someday. Great review, btw.
