Indeed it does. To put it simple, Chankast doesn't work properly with any integrated graphics solutions (ATI's or NVidias integrated models might be an exception, but these are largely untested and/or unreported). Needless to say, Intel's integrated models are the worst in terms of emulation, especially when emulating hardware that does true 3D graphics.

Let me guess, you have an integrated graphics chip and it's most likely made by Intel. If I was right, you can forget about trying to play games in Chankast.

AFAIK yes, DirectX10 is Vista only. Then again, I'm often wrong. This is one of the reasons why there are two versions of Crysis being developed simultaneously.

Ah, good call. Why the hell didn't I put that in there? Cinder: The update is very much worth it. Although for the record, Chrono Trigger and probably other games can have weird music picture desync issues. This is most notable during the CT intro, where the main theme finishes playing several seconds before the actual intro stops. Also, the double speed battle issue in Star Ocean is also not fixed. The 1.50 changelog covers all the WIPs between this and the 1.42 release + a few extra fixes. Make your costom fonts, it's pretty fun. 8x8 only though. Download a font pack from my site, why don't you?

I'd still like to have Universe BIOS support in it. You still can't edit key combinations from the GUI, and you have to start messing with them through the ini files.

Well, english is obviously not his strong point. If you ask me, he's looking for an alternate graphics plugin for PCSX2 because for some reason the ZeroGS plugin is not working. Tell him to go here http://www.zophar.net/utilities/ps2plugins.html (Zophar's Domain of all places, imagine that) to check for other graphics plugins. Except that most of the ones listed are next to worthless and the good plugins are already included in the PCSX2 archive. Then again, others can feel free to prove me wrong if there has been some development in the PS2 graphics plugin "scene" that I'm not aware of. Ah, to hell with this. Just ask him what the hell he's done to his system if the plugins fail to initialize, because the chances are that if the non-SSE version of the ZeroGS graphics plugin fails, all other graphics plugins most likely fail as well.

I had the same problem as Weirdy a while ago. Didn't matter if I was installing or uninstalling, Microsoft Installer initialization took ages. ... Then the problem went away, just like that. I still have no clue why it behaved like that.

Do you have full access to the OS? If not, that might be one of the reasons why Limewire fails.
