Try it out. pSX does emulates the console very well. Whether it's actually better than the current emulators out there, I can't say. Your preference is what counts.

Chankast will not work with any integrated graphics card, especially Intel's. ATI Mobility Radeons and Nvidia's integrated might be another matter, but I can't say for sure
