  1. I bought it not so long ago, and I enjoyed it.
  2. Battle for Naboo isn't supported by Jabo's Direct3D plugins. Use a third party plugin like Glide64 and see if anything changes. As for Duke Nukem 64, use the (E) version like you were instructed.
  3. Except that Shaolin Soccer isn't japanese. Anyway, both Shaolin Soccer is awesome (chinese) Casshern (japanese) My Wife is a Gangster (korean) Ong Bak (thai, awesomeness ^53) Battle Royal (japanese, gruesome) Ichi the Killer (japanese, extremely gruesome but funny) The Grudge (either the remake or the original) Dark Water (either the remake or the original)
  4. Again, what MAME build are you using?
  5. There is no znes. It's ZSNES. Get it right. As far as NES emulators are concerned, Nestopia is my ultimate favorite. But back on topic. Put your N64 rom images in PJ64's roms folder. Start Project64 and press F5 to refresh the Rom Browser.
  6. Wrong forum, moved. Computer specs and the graphics plugin you are using + its settings, please.
  7. I WOULD watch that trailer but it's in Quicktime and the FREE one comes with iTunes 6. Isn't iTunes 6 spyware/adware that can't be removed as long as you have Quicktime? Get QuickTime Alternative. NOW. I will not tell you again.
  8. This is exactly what I was afraid of.
  9. I got pretty far, but the time limit doesn't exactly make the game any easier.
  10. What video card do you have? Glide64 requires at least a better-than-average card to work properly because it uses so many graphics rendering techniques.
  11. NES is notorious for having games with godlike difficulty levels.
  12. Hell no. Where did you get such information? Rice (who wrote the Rice Video plugin) did drop the plugin development and is looking for someone to take over. DTFH: Glide3x.dll doesn't go into the Plugin folder. It goes into the Project63 folder.
  13. All Nippon Ichi games still pending. Older Final Fantasy games still pending. Lots of RPGs.
  14. According to the development diary/whatever, I think they went through at least 3 or 4 variations of the engine until finally decided to stop working on their own engine and opting to use the Doom 3 engine.
  15. Almost every genre goes, with the exception of folk and country at least. Many regulars know that I'm very much into VGM.
  16. Different brawler games usually. RPGs take a friggin long time to finish.
  17. No, at least I'm not aware of such a feature. NeoRAGEx, Nebula and MAME have autofire.
  18. PAL PSX and PS2 spines have always been extremely dull, and same goes with the majority of the manuals. We always get flocking black & white. A few PS2 titles have colorful manuals but usually, they're accompanied by a half-assed translation that don't even cover all the bases as far as gameplay is concerned. PAL land gets screwed more ways that one.
  19. Keep this thread on track fellas and throw the FAS talk where it belongs.
  20. If you have a firewall software in use already, don't use the Windows Firewall.
  21. No, you don't have to delete the toher plugins, they're different files after all. Resident Evil is seriously bugged in many N64 emulators. You'd be better off getting the PSX version and playing that. If you still want to give the N64 version a crap, get Glide64 + a wrapper, Azimer's Audio plugin (WIP2 perhaps). Also, try 1064 over Project64, or wait until Project64 1.7 is released.
  22. Oh, so I really aren't the only one who thinks that.
  23. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.U.G.E.N Also, read the stickies on the board.
