  1. It doesn't. Well, you can change between two different weapon sets, but you have to go to the menu to customize those weapon sets. P.S. Been playing Uncharted 2 for the better part of the day. Naughty Dog ftw.
  2. Damn. :/ The price you have to pay for knocking down stuff.
  3. Computer specs? Keyboard type? ePSXe version?
  4. I don't understand, but what the hell Spontaneous Gordon Chinook Bacon Hitler Makofane Dr. Festus Dada
  5. Has nothing to do with DSEmu, moving.
  6. Update nullDC, at least. 1.6 Beta is ancient. Use 1.0.3.
  7. PSP uses the same browser as the PS3, and quite frankly, the browser is a people of shit. The good news is that Sony is in talks with Mozilla so that we'd get a Firefox customized to run on the PSP and PS3, respectively.
  8. More Star Ocean 4. Kinda takes my times off FFXIII. This game is a huge time sink, but an enjoyable one.
  9. You also have to remember that while this site may not be as bustling as it once was, there are a lot of "emu-noobs" out there that stumble upon this site when Googling and probably find a good answer to a question they had. Sure, they might not register and become one of those 1 post wonders, but at least this site helped them.
  10. Why should you leave? Internet is Serious Business, you know that.
  11. MIA. He hasn't been around in ages. Not here, not on AIM, not on MSN, not anywhere. None of the user admins have access to the Admin CP, and GameCop's been meaning to fix ever since the site came back after the hacking incident. That was a long time ago. Supposedly he wanted to add features and fix things before giving us access, but those promises haven't materialized. Who knows, maybe he got caught up in some serious RL business. That's usually how it goes.
  12. Commandos specialize in physical attacks. Ravagers in offensive magic attacks. Commandos do learn some non-elemental magic attacks like Ruin, though. You probably need to invest some time into acquiring Spoils and subsequent equipment upgrades. Grinding a bit so that you can fill each person's Crystarium helps, too.
  13. You should really take that with a huge grain of salt. Sony has poured a tremendous amount of resources into Home, so they aren't just going to pull the plug all the sudden. The date in itself is suspicious already.
  14. IIRC, some people at Sony has confirmed that the software emulation they use is their own doing. This was a while ago, so I can't give you any sources. Anyway, I don't really understand why would one get so riled up over missing trophy support in PSX games. It's a known fact that Sony primarily focuses on the PS3, and they certainly don't start offering extra features in their emulated old games that weren't present in the original releases unless these games are completely redesigned for the PS3.
  15. Yeah, exactly my sentiments. The boss was quite unfair, like when you needed to make Constantly sure to switch into a Paradigm with a Synergist in it, just so that you'd survive the attacks, then switch back and forth between Medic and Commando/Ravager. Took me something like three retries to finally beat the damn thing.
  16. The PSX software emulation that Sony uses in the PlayStation 3 is their own doing, part of the PS3 firmware with nothing "community created" in it or open source for that matter. Things may be different once their rumored PS2 emulation gets done, who knows. Developers would have to start modifying the original code in order to get Trophy support for PSX games, and often times you can't just up and add PS3-exclusive code into old PSX code and expect things to pass with flying colors. Hell, most developers do not have the resources or time to start revamping their decade old PSX titles just for PS3's trophies. Plus, the PSX games sold in the PlayStation Store also work on the PSP, and that thing doesn't have Trophies of any sort. It'd be poor business sense to keep two different version of the same game just because some users want to see Trophies in he old PSX games.
  17. Trophies are exclusive to PS3 games. No PS1 games offered on PSN have Trophy support; they are exactly the same as their disc-based counterparts.
  18. Well, you can't expect Auto-Battle to be flawless and exactly how you'd like it, so queue the Abilities as you see fit and start using Repeat. Then again, Repeat outlives its usefulness in battles where you need to switch Paradigms in rapid succession in order to stay alive and still do damage.
  19. Finished Purgatorium in SO4. Damn the dungeons are long. :/
  20. I'm having a good time with the game. Lewis' theme song for FFXIII is really fitting IMO, even though it's a licensed track. Still, I would have liked a theme song that was tailor-made for the game from scratch.
  21. Finger Flashing (English patch available) Asuka 120% - Burning feat Excellent Policenauts (English patch available) Personaa 2: Innocent Sin (English patch available) Samurai Deeper Kyo Super Robot Wars Alpha Gaiden (English patch available) Tales of Phantasia (English patch available) Umihara Kawase Shun - Second Edition Zanac X Zanac Love and Destroy
  22. Final Fantasy XIII, Shatter, Critter Crunch, Ridge Racer 7, Star Ocean 4 added to my gamelist.
