  1. Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Devil May Cry 4, Prince of Persia. MGS4 comes in the mail on Monday or Tuesday.Haven't tried Ninja Gaiden yet, but loving Prince of Persia and DMC4. It's great that you can turn on/off the console with the controller. The SIXAXIS is a bit of a gimmick, but it's kinda neat still.
  2. What was it exactly that you asked me in Yahoo regarding an iPod using some weird language (I'm guessing romanian)?
  3. Well, I got my beautiful PS3 Slim 250 today. Works fine with HDMI, although it's strange that a Sony Bravia TV doesn't detect a PS3 making it impossible to use any of the additional features HDMI has to offer - a very common problem, it seems. Putting off gaming until the controller is fully charged (the USB cable is pathetically short).
  4. Lovely list. You must have a shit ton of money.
  5. You seriously haven't heard about Pro Evolution Soccer after all these years? Personally, although I'm not a soccer fan (video game or the actual sport), I prefer PES over FIFA.
  6. For the save option to even work properly in-game, you have to set a correct emulated Save Type in No$Gba's Emulation Options dialog window. Other issue could be that even if you have set the correct savetype, the save file creation fails because No$Gba's Battery folder is read-only.
  7. lol The world of modeling is cruel.
  8. There's really no point in killing the monsters anyway, because there's going to be more and more of them.
  9. This forum is mainly for hardware speak, not games. You might also want to make some sense, because you aren't making any now.
  10. It seems that this is yet another collection that only gets a release in the US, at least as far as GameFAQs is to be believed. Not that it really matters when the games are region free, but it still irks me.
  11. The Icon of Sin is really not that difficult on easier difficulties, but holy shit the level becomes a nightmare on higher ones. Those who want to really put their Doom 2 skills to the test should try to clear the mods Hell Revealed 1 & 2 on higher difficulties. The boss is easy. It is the minions spawning all around you that is hard :/ Well, it can be tricky if you suck at timing your shots at the "core" while riding the pillar and trying to avoid getting killed in the process. The Icon of Sin is also probably the only level where Archviles do not resurrect other monsters. Of course, then there's the rare risk of getting telefragged by the demon cubes the Icon sends out. I guess it earns you questionable bragging rights, at least.
  12. You need to slay the Centaurs while they are in the sacrificial circles. Defeating them anywhere else doesn't count as a sacrifice.

  14. Are the improvements apparent in screenshots or are they of such nature that you need to see the games in motion to truly see the difference?
  15. This FAQ hasn't been updated in ages, and I doubt it ever will be. Our MUGEN section is pretty much dead and forgotten nowadays, and serves as an archive at most. Unless our MUGEN moderator who seems to be MIA suddenly pops up and deals with your questions. None of the residents here have much love for MUGEN, and those who did haven't been seen in a while.
  16. Intestinal revolution? I seldom eat junk food these days (as in the mcDonald's etc. kind), probably once or twice a year. It's not that I hate junk food, it's most likely ecause I hate the restaurants themselves - you know, noisy kinds to the extreme and all kinds of other audible distractions, less than pristine tables and chairs, etc. Ï do eat pizza once a week at home, but I don't know if pizza is categorized as junk food. I never get take-away. The good thing is that whenever I go to one of those places, I never really see any true hambeasts, which is a win in itself.
  17. IIRC, enter it in the title screen and it'll give you 30 lives per continue.
  18. Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, [start | Select]
  19. Nice. I wish the girls around me would be as good-looking as her.
  20. Plus, the old games had some classic cheats built into them, like the now legendary Konami Code in Contra/Probotector and "BARRAL" in Donkey Kong Country (I figured out the latter literally by accident when I messed around with the controller).
  21. I remember me and my fiend having a blast with the Game Genie during the NES haydays. Nothing like playing World Cup or Turtles II: The Arcade Game with some badass cheats enabled.
  22. Neato. Now, come on Tales of Vesperia PS3...
  23. That's good to hear. I had my doubts whether Sony had reverted to another case of "it's not yours even if you bought it" and either made it very difficult to swap the HDD and/or void your warranty if you tried to swap. Also, considering that I live in the PAL region, are all PS3 games region free with only Blu-Ray and PSX/PS2 games region-locked or does that "freeness" vary? Not that the whole PAL/NTSC thing matters because of 720p and 1080p these days, but you know. EDIT: lol, split
  24. Did you open up your PS3 and swap in the new drive or did you buy an external HDD? I'm not that worried about HDD space though, I think I would be ok with just the 120GB model. We'll see.
