A whopping 900,000+ fans who bought tickets to his concert will now be disappointed. Ok well, I think the fans don't really care about their lost money now that the pop icon is gone. Sure, Jackson got a lot of bad press during his last years, was on the receiving end of a lot of Internet humor/drama and became more or less a recluse from 2005 onwards, but I can't help but admire him for what he did to pop music, MTV and music videos - not to mention how many performers/musicians/whatevers he has influenced.

While I universally prefer dark skins, now that I've had to put up with this lighter version for while now, it's rally nice. Whether or not a lighter skin actually makes people want to post more, who knows. Perhaps some are more susceptible to the psychology and metal angle of colors, tones and such.

Had you bothered research just a little, you'd know that work on Tokyo Cop is in preliminary stages (the game was dumped just recently and the preliminary driver included in MAME 0.130u1), so the answer is no.

Your torrent client might also have some caps on maximum simultaneous connections. Though having said cap set too high or too slow can have an adverse effect on the client/protocol itself; it should be adjusted based on your connection. But yeah, it's rare to see every seeder connected to you. It has to do with the tracker itself and the design of the BT protocol. You hardly ever need every single seed connection anyway.
