  1. It's not technically a ROM; you are running either a disc image or the actually PlayStation disc. Anyway, check that your screen is centered using the resolution that you use with ePSXe, simple as that. ePSXe usually knows perfectly well how to keep the game screen centered, provided that your monitor's settings aren't out of whack. Then again, it's very possible that there are games that don't center properly. What graphics plugin and settings are you using?
  2. It means just what it says; if video emulation is not 100% accurate, it means that the games video hardware isn't emulated to match exactly how the real hardware works. This doesn't necessarily mean that you'll see lots of graphics errors - you might not see anything wrong at all, yet the graphics still aren't emulated with 100% accuracy when compared to the original hardware. It's the same thing with sound emulation.
  3. Use NeoRaine. It's far better than any other Neo-Geo CD emulator, and is updated quite frequently, whereas Nebula hasn't seen an update in ages and it's Neo-Geo CD portion even less updates.
  4. Cyanide & Happiness just makes my day/night.
  5. More Echo Night: Beyond. A really under-rated game. Also: God of War on God difficulty. It's a biatch.
  6. Been making my PS2 collection bigger. Also: looking for a job.
  7. OH GOD What the flock is this? It's awesome.
  8. That depends whether or not the MAME developers have changed the naming of individual ROM filenames, romsets or have dumped previously undumped or poorly dumped ROMs to existing sets - otherwise, your "old" sets will work just fine on a new version of MAME. No, this doesn't happen very often, but it does happen.
  9. That's the NVRAM write at first boot that Robert mentioned earlier. You can speed it up by fast-forwarding. All CPS-3 games do this.
  10. Try the nullDC Cheater: http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?p=394005 Currently there is no other way to cheat (GS, AR, etc. cheats) in nullDC or any other Dreamcast emulator without using tools.
  11. There was some tiny problem with the server, AFAIK. Miskie fixed it.
  12. I liked Topher Grace as Venom. Granted, I had my doubts when I read that he was going to play Brock/Venom, but I opinion changed after the movie.
  13. I wouldn't expect anything else from a series like Queen's Blade. What's more surprising is the number of high profile voice actors attached to the project.
  14. AFAIK, it has to do with the Voodoo being better at handling the N64's framebuffer effects and objects better (apparently more so than other cards). Mudlord can answer your question in more detail, no doubt.
  15. Hell that wasn't even my first question, my first question was "Who the hell still uses Voodoo video cards anymore?" Glide wrappers , baby.
  16. Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see version 1.2 on that page.
  17. God damn French and their desire to be special. and This. Doesn't just cover Quebecois gamers, but all gamers whose native language isn't English, myself included. April Fool's joke or not, the article highlights the prime reason why PAL gamers get shafted, and ultimately why modded consoles are so sought after in PAL regions.
  18. We are done here. If he wants answers, he'd better start posting valid questions.
  19. There have already been reports that some people have fallen victim to said worm.
  20. That's why you don't get on the internet at all, on April 1st. Looks like a bunch of us have already failed that. P.S. Conficker worm is my biatch.
  21. The newly released NeoRaGEx is different in this matter, IIRC, save support for encrypted sets. That is, I think they worked some bank-switching magic into NRX. Same with the type of ROM filenames it accepts. I could be wrong though.
